In support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in backing of their valiant and honorable resistance, the Islamic Resistance carried out a number of operations against the sites and deployments of the "israeli" enemy army along the Lebanese-Palestinian border on Monday, 22/4/2024, as follows:
- Eastern Sector:
1- At 11:20, targeting espionage equipment facing the village of Wazzani with appropriate weapons, achieving direct hits.
2- At 16:45, targeting a gathering of “israeli” enemy soldiers behind the Al-Samaqa site in the occupied Lebanese Kfar Shuba hills with artillery shells.
- Western sector:
1- At 07:00, targeting a gathering of “israeli” enemy soldiers in the vicinity of Al-Dhahira site with rocket weapons.
2- At 10:25, targeting a position of “israeli” enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Hanita site with artillery shells.
3- At 18:55, targeting the command headquarters of the Third Infantry Brigade of the 91st Division at the “Ain Zeitim” base with dozens of Katyusha rockets, in response to the “israeli” enemy aggression on the steadfast southern villages and civilian homes, most recently in Srifa, Aidaisseh, and Rab Thalatheen.

We, in the Hamas movement, condemn the statements made by American Secretary of State Blinken and his attempt to blame Hamas for obstucting reaching an agreement.
Blinken's statements have no connection to reality and contradict the reality that Hamas has shown flexibility more than once to facilitate reaching an agreement to stop the war of genocide and aggression against our people. We have repeatedly faced the stubbornness and procrastination of Netanyahu and his government, who place obstacles and hurdles in front of the agreement, and seek to prolong their frenzied war against our people, and the cause of the occupation's prisoners is not among their priorities.
The demands of Hamas and the resistance have been clear from the first day and are the same ones presented during last March, which were welcomed by all parties and mediators. They represent the national stance of our people and their interests in the necessity of a permanent ceasefire, the withdrawal of occupation forces, and the return of displaced individuals to their homes in all areas of the Strip, along with intensified relief efforts and the commencement of reconstruction.
The American role, as a full partner in the war of genocide against our people, continues to support the occupation with weapons, ammunition, and political cover, completes its hostile role against our people with false accusations against Hamas.
