The masses of our great people in the interior and in the diaspora, with pride and dignity, with great determination, declare only allegiance to Allah, then to our Palestine, and then to the blood of our righteous martyrs.
We console ourselves and you with the martyrdom of our heroes in all the cities of the occupied West Bank. It is not long from when we bid farewell to one hero until another hero joins him. We bless this continuous uprising of our people and their resistance to defend the sanctity of our cities in the West Bank.
The current popular uprising, like the Al-Aqsa Intifada of 2000, came as a reflection of the raging contradiction between the colonizer and the colonized. It is an explicit response to the failure of the option of negotiation, paving the way for correcting the course and clarifying the vision.
It is unfortunate that the current uprising, which has been going on for more than a year without any signs of stopping, has not found a local, Arab, or international body that embraces it politically, socially, in the media, and financially. This uprising has not found a body that pushes it towards turning into a large popular intifada and arms it with goals and a political vision that breaks with the the miserable symbols and policies of the previous stage.
We are a time when we are in a dire need to transform this uprising—and the phenomenons of stabbing, run-overs and individual operations—into a popular intifada capable of confronting this fascist government which is covered with the blood of our Palestinian people and our sanctities.
Our proud people are now in the time of holding onto hot coals (steadfastness in times of discomfort), of national wandering in the desert of allegiances, and of an organized mess in the mind and history of struggle.
We pledge to you that we will not follow a path that does not end in Al-Quds. We pledge to you that we will wage an open war with this cowardly occupier. We pledge to you that we will avenge every drop of pure blood that was spilled.
We also announce the opening of a new phase of our struggle that will not end with targeting checkpoints and settlements only. Rather, all our bullets will be aimed at the enemy's chest directly. From within the prisons of zionist Nazism and the neo-fascist state, as a racist Nazi approach recognized by the world, we in the prison branch organization of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine call upon ourselves first, our cadre entrenched in the depth of confrontation inside the prisons, and all the children of the imprisoned Palestinian national movement, to prepare for the inevitable and upcoming confrontation, which will surely result in victory for us.
