During the latest round of negotiations in Cairo, Hamas received the stance of "israel" following the efforts of mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and America.
While Hamas appreciates the significant efforts made by the mediators, and while the movement is keen to reach an agreement that ends the aggression against our people, the "israeli" position remains obstinate and has not responded to any of the demands of our people and our resistance.

While Hamas appreciates the significant efforts made by the mediators, and while the movement is keen to reach an agreement that ends the aggression against our people, the "israeli" position remains obstinate and has not responded to any of the demands of our people and our resistance.

The “israeli” occupation army’s assassination of the mayor of Maghazi, Mr. Saleh Al-Ghamri, is considered a war crime aimed at creating a state of chaos and confusion and multiplying the humanitarian crisis.
The “israeli” occupation army committed a cowardly assassination of the mayor of Al-Maghazi, Mr. Hatem Saleh Al-Ghamri, along with a group of civilian citizens, by bombing the building of the Joint Services Council of the municipalities of the Central Governorate directly and without prior warning. This massacre is considered a war crime that violates laws. International law grants immunity and protection to civilian figures. This crime is also considered a new episode of the occupation’s crimes against our Palestinian people, which has affected all sectors in a deliberate and pre-planned manner.
We mourn the martyr Al-Ghamri, who is considered a service official who carried out his national duty and provided service from the first moment and without interruption to the people of Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the Central Governorate throughout the days of the genocide war. He was loyal and dedicated to his work and the service of his people and his country, as this crime comes after a previous assassination carried out by the occupation army of the mayor of Al-Zahraa, Mr. Marwan Hamad, without any reason, as they were loyal examples of diligent and continuous service work.
This cowardly assassination falls within the framework of the genocidal war committed by the "israeli" occupation against civilians in the Gaza Strip, and indicates the state of helplessness and confusion experienced by the occupation leaders, especially in targeting civilians in a focused and intentional manner, as the occupation aims through it to create a state of chaos and confusion, to multiply the humanitarian crisis, and to impede providing municipal services to citizens.
We denounce and condemn in the strongest terms the “israeli” occupation army committing the crime of assassinating the mayor of Al-Maghazi, and we call on all municipalities in all countries of the world to condemn this heinous crime, which indicates the level of criminality to which this occupation has reached.
We hold the American administration, the international community, and the “israeli” occupation fully responsible for this heinous crime. The American administration still gives the occupation the green light to continue committing the crime of genocide and targeting civil society. The international community has failed more than once to stop this genocide, and the “israeli” occupation continues the genocide and killing in a brutal and horrific manner.
We call on all countries of the free world to prosecute the “israeli” occupation in the courts and international forums for its heinous crimes against humanity, and we also call on them to pressure it to stop this ongoing genocide for the seventh month in a row.

Hospitals received 153 martyrs and 60 injuries in the last 24 hours due to the “israeli” occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip.
A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.
The toll of the “israeli” aggression has risen to 33,360 martyrs and 75,993 injuries since last October 7th.
