The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine welcomed the United Nations Human Rights Council's adoption of a decision to ban arms exports to "israel" by a majority of 28 votes to 6, stating that this decision constitutes an important symbolic victory, contributing to the further isolation of the occupation internationally.
