announce our responsibility for the shooting operation at the "Karmei Tzur" settlement north of Al-Khalil. Our resistance will continue until this enemy is driven off our land, for this enemy that targets us all—individually or in groups, adults or children, women or men—understands only the language of fire and revenge, and we will not respond to them except with that.

Therefore, O our people in all of Palestine, we call upon you to intensify your work in the field, with every weapon you possess. The word is a weapon; the demonstration is a weapon; the stone is a weapon; the knife is a weapon; the rifle and the explosive are weapons. So, to our soldiers, fighters, and people everywhere, keep all your weapons drawn against this enemy at all times and all places, disperse its force, strike it from where it least expects, and be as we have known you: the backbone of the resistance and the protectors of its back.
