Regarding the escalation of arrests in the West Bank against citizens whose identities indicate they were born in Gaza, or are residents of Gaza.
The Commission for Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs and the Palestinian Prisoners Club stated that the occupation forces have escalated the pace of arrest operations among citizens carrying Gaza identity at military checkpoints, specifically among women. The institutions have recently followed at least five cases within one week, from several areas, including a cancer-stricken woman who was arrested while heading for treatment in Al-Quds, and was later released.
The Commission and the Club clarified that, in light of the genocide being carried out in Gaza, and the comprehensive aggression and the horrific crimes unprecedented in their intensity, the occupation has targeted citizens born in Gaza, or those whose identities still indicate they reside in Gaza, who have been living with their families for years in the West Bank.
In this context, the Commission and the Club issued a special appeal to the citizens whose identities indicate that they are residents of Gaza, and are residing in the West Bank, to be cautious, especially in light of the occupation's recent actions of deporting journalist Siqal Qaddum to Gaza, and threatening others with deportation after detaining them at the military checkpoints established between towns and provinces.
It is worth mentioning that since the aggression and the ongoing genocide against our people in Gaza, the occupation forces have carried out widespread arrest campaigns in the West Bank, targeting Gaza workers who moved to the West Bank after October 7. Notably, the occupation still prevents legal teams and the International Committee of the Red Cross from visiting detainees from Gaza, or disclosing any information regarding their fate or detention locations, in light of the ongoing crime of enforced disappearance against them to this day. It is worth noting that the occupation's media revealed the martyrdom of 27 detainees from Gaza in the occupation's camps.

The expansion of the occupation's fascist war against the healthcare sector and hospitals in the Gaza Strip, its raid last night on Al-Nasr Hospital in Gaza, its siege on Al-Amal Hospital, and the incursion of its machinery towards Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, amid intense aerial bombardments, parallel to the ongoing zionist crimes at the Al-Shifa Medical Complex against unarmed civilians, including patients and the wounded; confirms the occupation's determination to proceed with the genocide war against our people and attempts to displace them from their land, by destroying all means of life in the Gaza Strip, especially the hospitals.
These crimes and barbaric attacks, which violate all international conventions and treaties that protect hospitals as safe places and emphasize the protection of civilians, occur in the full view and hearing of the entire world without any action, at a time when the international community should rise to deter this rogue entity, stop its ongoing crimes against our unarmed Palestinian people, and activate all tools of accountability and punishment against it.
As we call upon our nation, our Arab and Islamic depth, and the free people of the world, to urgently move to support and assist our people in the Gaza Strip by all means and methods, we affirm that these fascist crimes will only increase our people's determination to hold onto their land, and our resistance's steadfastness in the face of the zionist machinery of terrorism and killing, until this aggression is repelled and our people's aspirations for freedom are achieved.

Under American sponsorship and within the sight and hearing of the international community and under the umbrella of the United Nations.
The zionist enemy commits one of the most brutal and destructive crimes of this era against the hospitals of the Gaza Strip.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that the cowardly zionist enemy is committing a horrific holocaust against the hospitals of the Gaza Strip, in one of the most brutal, treacherous, and destructive crimes of this era, indulging its pathological thirst for killing under American sponsorship, and under the sight and hearing of the international community and the umbrella of the United Nations.
The Front considers the continuation of zionist crimes in Al-Shifa Medical Complex, the commission of field execution crimes against dozens of displaced persons, patients, and medical staff, the continuation of a systematic war of destruction and burning of the Complex's buildings, the execution of a wide arrest campaign against those besieged there, and its move to hospitals in the southern Gaza Strip to commit the same crimes against Nasser Medical Hospital and Al-Amal Hospital through intense and treacherous bombing, besieging and storming them again, and targeting and killing the medical staff there, concretely confirms that the "israeli" military strategic doctrine is based on the principle of waging war on hospitals, as a filthy means to achieve a larger strategic goal that involves changing the region through forced displacement as happened in 1948.
The Front calls on the international community to break its shameful silence towards these brutal massacres against our people and the widespread war of destruction against hospitals and medical centers in the Gaza Strip, considering it a moral defeat for all United Nations institutions and evading their responsibilities towards stopping these horrific massacres as a suspicious and dubious behavior reaching the extent of complete complicity.
The Front concluded its statement by affirming that America, the West, and the international community will not be able to wash away the shame of their complicity in this massacre and the ongoing genocide war against our people in the Gaza Strip, for our people will not forget nor forgive and will continue to pursue those who committed these crimes or those who faltered or covered them up, no matter how long it takes.

Prisoner Meshal Loses His Memory Due to Severe Torture
The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission published details of the brutal assault on the prisoner Anas Meshal, who was subjected to severe beatings from the moment of his arrest until his arrival at the "Ofer" detention center, where the series of torture continued during his time inside the prison sections.
The commission's lawyer stated that on 26/10/2023, "israeli" occupation forces stormed the house of the detainee Anas Meshal (37 years old) from the village of Kobar/Ramallah to arrest him, but he was not present at the house. His family was informed that he needed to surrender himself, so the detainee headed to the "Ofer" gate on the same day and turned himself in.
Afterward, he was transferred and placed in the "Ofer" yard, where soldiers assaulted him with severe beatings all over his body. Then, they took him to the "Etzion" prison and again assaulted him. He stayed there for two days before being returned to "Ofer" again.
According to the prisoner: "On 8/11/2023, the section was stormed by what is called the 'Metsada' forces, and all the detainees in the section, totaling 32, were assaulted, and rubber bullets were fired at them. All those in the section were injured, including myself-the detainee- as I was hit by a rubber bullet in my leg. After that, the detainees were handed over to the prison units and their hands were tied behind their backs, then they were placed in a yard and subjected to severe beatings. I was severely beaten on the head, and the jailers stepped on my head with their boots, causing me to lose consciousness for more than half an hour and completely lose my memory for more than a week."
The lawyer adds that the detainee began to regain his memory after a week, but only slowly, remembering only a few people (his wife, children, and parents) and not recalling events or his place of residence.
Note that Meshal is married and a father of two. He was sentenced to 6 months of administrative detention, ending on 24/4/2024, and had previously spent 12 and a half years in the occupation's prisons.

Prisoner Bara'a Awad was subjected to beating and mistreatment during her return to the homeland.
The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs revealed that the prisoner Bara'a Awad from the town of Beit Jala in the Bethlehem governorate was subjected to beating and mistreatment during her return from travel to the homeland, before being arrested and transferred to a military camp of the occupation army.
The Commission pointed out that prisoner Awad was subjected to inhumane treatment both in the army camp and during her transfer between the prisons of "Ofer," "Sharon," and "Damon," without consideration for her conditions and privacy. On the contrary, the soldiers deliberately terrorized her, intimidated her, and undermined her psyche.
Prisoner Awad spoke to the Commission's lawyer, who recently visited her, about the general prison conditions, saying, "The living conditions are tragic; [the female prisoners] are isolated, and the same deprivation, confiscation of rights, and imposition of punishments practiced against [male] prisoners apply to them. The quality and quantity of drinking water and the poor food have become means of constant torture, affecting the health of the female prisoners whose conditions worsen daily."
The Commission indicated that the administration of the occupation's prisons did not consider the requirements of the holy month of Ramadan, nor did it lead to a retraction of escalatory steps and the policy of severity, making this Ramadan the hardest and most severe in the history of the prisoner movement.
It is noted that the number of female prisoners in "Damon" prison today is 68, the majority of whom were arrested after last 7th of October.
