🚨 Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners Club: — Mother’s Day in time of genocide. The "israeli" occupation is depriving 28 mothers of their children.
🚨 The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners Club reported that 28 female prisoners, who are mothers among 67 female prisoners detained in occupation jails, are deprived of their families and children. This includes mothers of prisoners, wives of prisoners, sisters of prisoners, sisters of martyrs, and former female prisoners who spent years in the occupation jails, in addition to a martyr's mother, the prisoner mother Fatima Al-Shamali, and a wounded mother, the prisoner mother Rana Eid.
Mother's Day comes this year amidst the ongoing genocide against our people in Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of thousands of mothers and children, depriving thousands of sons and children of their mothers as well as thousands of mothers of their children. This is besides the mother prisoners from Gaza detained in "israeli" camps, with the occupation continuing the crime of enforced disappearance against them. After October 7th, the occupation carried out mass arrests against women in Gaza, including mothers and grandmothers. The occupation detains the majority of female prisoners, including mothers, in "Damon" Prison.
The Commission and the Club clarified that this has escalated unprecedentedly after october 7th. Mothers are arrested as hostages to pressure their husbands or targeted sons by the occupation, detaining them in very harsh and difficult conditions, in addition to dozens of mothers who were attacked in their homes during raids and arrests of their family members, subjected to field interrogations. Sexual assaults against them have also escalated, notably strip searches, in addition to medical crimes against sick female prisoners.
The Commission and the Club continued that the majority of mother prisoners are detained on charges related to incitement or under administrative detention, including women active on several levels of human rights, popular, and social activities.

Today, we remember the Battle of Karameh. On March 21, 1968, Palestinian resistance fighters and the Jordanian Army repelled a zionist assault on Karameh, on the east bank of the Jordan River. The battle had lasting implications and fomented a great sense of empowerment to Palestinians.
Karameh, a symbol of resistance, served as a vital military and logistical base for the resistance in the 1960s. It drew thousands of Palestinian youth to the struggle against the nearby occupation of their land. Zionist forces, aiming to dismantle the base and "end resistance," launched a large-scale offensive there.
Shocking the zionists, the combined forces of the PLO and the Jordanians put up fierce resistance. Despite that the Palestinians were outgunned and outnumbered 16:1, the defenders of Karameh demonstrated immense courage and won the battle. The battle raged for almost 24 hours and resulted in over 30 dead zionists and 200 martyrs. The zionist forces retreated without meeting their objectives, leaving behind a significant amount of equipment and weaponry.

Great Tulkarem insisted on being the spearhead in this fierce war, victorious for Gaza of glory and in defense of the journey [Al-Aqsa] of our beloved Muhammad, peace be upon him, and in response to the crimes of the occupation against our people in Gaza and our prisoners in the jails.
Your brothers, last night and this blessed morning, targeted the invading occupation forces in the city and its steadfast camp, Nour Shams camp, with live bullets and explosive devices from all directions. We also assure you that the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Rapid Response Groups were side by side in all battlefields along with our fighting brothers from all military wings, affirming that there is no option with this barbaric Nazi occupation but bullets.
Victory to our resistance, mercy to our martyrs, and freedom to our brave prisoners. No mercy for you, O sons of Zion.
May you remain our shield, and may we remain your drawn sword, by Allah’s will.
