In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
In light of the decree issued by the President of the Palestinian Authority, appointing Dr. Mohammad Mustafa to form a new government, the Palestinian national factions affirm the following:
1. The highest national priority now is to confront the barbaric zionist aggression and the genocide and starvation war waged by the occupation against our people in Gaza Strip, and to confront the crimes of its settlers in the West Bank and occupied Al-Quds—especially Al-Aqsa Mosque, and the significant risks facing our national cause—at the forefront of which is the ongoing risk of displacement.
2. Making individual decisions, and engaging in formal and steps devoid of substances, such as forming a new government without national consensus, is a reinforcement of the policy of unilateralism and a deepening of division, at a historical moment when our people and national cause are most in need of consensus and unity, and the formation of a unified national leadership, preparing for free democratic elections with the participation of all components of the Palestinian people.
3. These steps indicate the depth of the crisis within the leadership of the [Palestinian] Authority, its detachment from reality, and the significant gap between it and our people, their concerns, and aspirations, which is confirmed by the opinions of the vast majority of our people that expressed their loss of trust in these policies and orientations.
4. It is our people’s right to question the utility of replacing one government with another and one prime minister with another, from the same political and partisan environment.
In the light of the Palestinian Authority insistence on continuing the policy of unilateralism, and disregarding all national efforts to unite the Palestinian front and unite in the face of aggression against our people, we express our rejection of the continuation of this approach that has harmed and continues to harm our people and our national cause.
We call upon our people and their living forces to raise their voices high, and to confront this folly with the present and future of our cause and the interests, rights, and national rights of our people. We also call on all national forces and factions, especially the brothers in Fatah movement, to take serious and effective action in order to reach consensus on managing this historic and pivotal stage, in a way that serves our national cause and fulfills our people’s aspirations to extract their legitimate rights, liberate their land and holy sites, and establish their independent state with full sovereignty and its capital as Al-Quds.

🚨 For the 23rd week in a row, Yemenis gathered all over the country for the million-man march in support of Palestine, under the title, "Yemen's Ramadan, a Flood that Triumphs for Gaza."
Yemeni Armed Forces spokesman Yahya Saree delivered a speech, announcing the targeting of 5 American and "israeli" ships in the Red Sea and Indian Ocean.
A sign read: "Our people are ready, for hundreds of thousands of fighters to go to Palestine."
The march organizers issued a statement congratulating the Armed Forces on the decision to expand the scope of their operations to the Indian Ocean. They also congratulated the Palestinian resistance on their continuous operations. Within 48 hours, and in a flagrant and appalling violation of the sanctity of the blessed month of Ramadan, the "israeli" occupation army committed 5 massacres and crimes against aid distribution centers for civilian citizens and individuals working there, with the martyrdom toll reaching 56 martyrs, in addition to causing injuries to more than 300 individuals during these barbaric crimes.
The occupation army committed these massacres by bombing an aid distribution center affiliated with UNRWA in the Rafah governorate, resulting in 5 martyrs. Additionally, two civilian citizens working in aid delivery were killed by bombing their vehicle in the Rafah governorate.
Another aid distribution center in the Al-Nusseirat camp in the central governorate was also bombed, resulting in 8 martyrs.
On the nights of Tuesday and Wednesday last week, the occupation killed 11 martyrs, and more than 30 civilians last night who were waiting for the arrival of aid at the Kuwait roundabout in the Gaza governorate, 23 of whom reached the hospitals.
Over 10 martyrs' bodies were left on the ground, with the occupation preventing anyone from reaching them and firing at anyone who approaches.
We hold the American administration and the international community, in addition to the "israeli" occupation, fully responsible for the crime of genocide and for the war of starvation and famine that is deepening further in the Gaza Strip. We also hold them responsible for the massacres and crimes committed against civilians, children, and women on a daily basis.
We call upon all countries of the free world to pressure the occupation to stop the genocide and ethnic cleansing it is waging against our Palestinian people, which has so far resulted in more than 110,000 victims, including martyrs, injured, missing, and detained.
