We call for a general mobilization of our people to face the upcoming serious challenges to the Palestinian cause by the zionist project, which has reached the highest levels of encroachment on our people. We call on all national components to expedite an agreement on a comprehensive national strategy that restores respect for the national project and puts the train of struggle against the occupation back on track.
We call on the Palestinian official leadership to change its policies and orientations towards the continuation of its relationship with the occupation. We affirm that calls for reconciliation and holding a national dialogue will not avail anything unless they are accompanied by practical measures, foremost of which is the implementation of the decisions of the national councils to withdraw recognition of the entity state, to stop security coordination, and to withdraw from all commitments made as a consequence of the Oslo Accords.

O sons of Burqin, sons of challenge, struggle and steadfastness, O beloved martyrs and brothers of martyrs, we come today in the light of challenges and the continuation of the zionist enemy in its arrogance on the ground and its brutal aggression against our people and our sanctities. Let us affirm the following:
First: We confirm our responsibility for several qualitative and heroic operations that our fighters carried out safely. These operations varied and isolated along the border separating the Jenin Governorate from our occupied interior. The strikes of our fighters from Jalameh in the east to Dotan and "Shaked" in the west prove to this enemy that we will continue on the path of jihad and resistance.
Second: Our operations come as a natural response to the crimes of the zionist occupation that is targeting our defenseless people and our sanctities, so that the occupation knows that we have not and will not forget the blood of our heroic martyrs, the last of which are the martyrs Muhammad Ahmad Alawneh, Osama Yasser Soboh, Youssef Muhammad Soboh, Ahmed Muhammad Massad and Muhammad Samer Khalouf. We demand the occupation to stop its continued abduction of the body of our martyr Youssef Soboh, whose body is still held in their freezers until this moment in a cowardly and dirty act.
Third: We said it before, and we say it again today: we will not stand idly by when the enemy invades the town. The occupation will find the fire that will burn them in Burqin with every stupidity they commit by entering Burqin. We remain on the covenant.
