By the grace of Allah, we have entered the blessed month, and we are in a state of jihad in support of the Palestinian people with rockets, drones, money, and broad popular mobilization.
Going out for two hours a week in the Sabeen Square means that you are mobilizing in a great position, and let going out [demonstrating] be part of your jihad in this most important stage.
If a person reached the point of not having any contribution or stance on Gaza, this would be one of the greatest breaches of piety.
Many in the nation have turned a deaf ear to the calls of the people of Gaza. Those who do not go out for two hours a week have reached a low point in the spirit of faith and jihad.

Ismail Haniyeh, the fighting brother and head of the political bureau of the movement, has affirmed five principles for reaching a comprehensive agreement to halt the war. These include: a total ceasefire, full withdrawal of the occupation army from all lands of the Strip, complete and unconditional return of the displaced, addressing humanitarian issues including relief, shelter, and reconstruction, ending the siege, and reaching a dignified deal for the exchange of prisoners.
In a speech delivered on the eve of the blessed month of Ramadan, the head of the political bureau highlighted that these five principles are grounded on three rules that have guided the negotiations towards an agreement. He clarified that the first rule is that the agreement must lead to a ceasefire. The second rule is to translate this legendary steadfastness, heroism, and these sacrifices into real achievements for our people on the battlefield, national, and political levels. Mosques are the primary religious beacons where our Palestinian people gather for prayers, especially the taraweeh prayers.
We hold the American administration and the international community, in addition to the "israeli" occupation, fully responsible for the genocide, this international crime that shames humanity. We also hold them responsible for the starvation war and the massacres and crimes they commit against civilians, children, and women.
With the onset of the blessed month of Ramadan, we call upon all free countries of the world to pressure the occupation to stop the genocide and ethnic cleansing it wages against our Palestinian people, which has so far resulted in over 110,000 victims, including martyrs, injured, missing, and detained. We also demand an immediate halt to the famine before it is too late, and we demand the release and immediate entry of the hundreds of thousands of tons of aid piled up on the other side of the crossing to our dear Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip through the land crossings, in conjunction with the month of fasting and in the face of famine.

The blessed month of Ramadan has arrived this year, and our Palestinian people are creating the most amazing images of steadfastness and determination in the face of zionist terrorism, which is waging the massacre of the century on the Gaza Strip, amid Arab and Islamic silence and humiliation.
Despite this unfortunate reality, the resistance of the Palestinian people is valiant in this confrontation, which is entering its sixth month in a row, armed with its faith in Allah, and then with the steadfastness of our people, and the victory of the free people of the nation, and their support for its continuous field action.
As we congratulate our nation and our proud, steadfast people in all their places, especially in the Gaza Strip, on this holy month, we affirm the following:
First: Our resistance continues, and God willing, it will continue its strikes and its ventures from all fields and arenas, especially in Gaza and the West Bank.
Secondly: We reassure the masses of our nation and the free people of the world that the resistance of the Palestinian people is doing very well, is at the peak of its giving, and will not allow the implementation of the enemy’s plans and schemes against our people and our cause.
Third: The desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque by the occupation and the settler gangs, and their restriction of the movement and access of worshipers to it, is playing with fire, against which we and the free people of our people will not stand idly by.
Fourth: The meanings and values that the blessed month of Ramadan reinforces in us are present in our consciousness, and our proud and steadfast people will translate them into a reality that restrains the occupier and thwarts its plans.
Fifth: The responsibility placed on the peoples of our Arab and Islamic nation increases during this holy month, as victory for the Palestinian people is a duty that is superior to no other duty.
We congratulate our people in Gaza of glory—men, women, and children—on this blessed month, and we ask Allah to increase their rewards and bless their patience and effort.
We extend our congratulations to the masses of our proud people in all their places of presence, and to the free people of our entire nation, and we especially mention our brothers who supported our resistance in Yemen, Lebanon, and Iraq.
"And those who have wronged will know to what [kind of] return they will be returned."
Indeed, it is a jihad of victory or martyrdom.
