By the grace of Allah, we have entered the blessed month, and we are in a state of jihad in support of the Palestinian people with rockets, drones, money, and broad popular mobilization.
Going out for two hours a week in the Sabeen Square means that you are mobilizing in a great position, and let going out [demonstrating] be part of your jihad in this most important stage.
If a person reached the point of not having any contribution or stance on Gaza, this would be one of the greatest breaches of piety.
Many in the nation have turned a deaf ear to the calls of the people of Gaza. Those who do not go out for two hours a week have reached a low point in the spirit of faith and jihad.

Ismail Haniyeh, the fighting brother and head of the political bureau of the movement, has affirmed five principles for reaching a comprehensive agreement to halt the war. These include: a total ceasefire, full withdrawal of the occupation army from all lands of the Strip, complete and unconditional return of the displaced, addressing humanitarian issues including relief, shelter, and reconstruction, ending the siege, and reaching a dignified deal for the exchange of prisoners.
In a speech delivered on the eve of the blessed month of Ramadan, the head of the political bureau highlighted that these five principles are grounded on three rules that have guided the negotiations towards an agreement. He clarified that the first rule is that the agreement must lead to a ceasefire. The second rule is to translate this legendary steadfastness, heroism, and these sacrifices into real achievements for our people on the battlefield, national, and political levels. Mosques are the primary religious beacons where our Palestinian people gather for prayers, especially the taraweeh prayers.
We hold the American administration and the international community, in addition to the "israeli" occupation, fully responsible for the genocide, this international crime that shames humanity. We also hold them responsible for the starvation war and the massacres and crimes they commit against civilians, children, and women.
With the onset of the blessed month of Ramadan, we call upon all free countries of the world to pressure the occupation to stop the genocide and ethnic cleansing it wages against our Palestinian people, which has so far resulted in over 110,000 victims, including martyrs, injured, missing, and detained. We also demand an immediate halt to the famine before it is too late, and we demand the release and immediate entry of the hundreds of thousands of tons of aid piled up on the other side of the crossing to our dear Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip through the land crossings, in conjunction with the month of fasting and in the face of famine.
