The goal of our our ongoing negotiations in Cairo is to reach an agreement that achieves a permanent ceasefire, the return of the displaced, withdrawal from the Strip, and provision for the needs of our people.

The occupation has not yet given any positive stance on stopping the war and does not want to withdraw from the Gaza Strip.

The occupation places the issue of the return of the displaced under negotiation and wants to discuss its details and achieve it gradually.

The occupation does not adhere to what was agreed upon in relief, aid, and increasing quantities, and if it agrees, it evades with false pretexts, including inability.

The Hamas delegation showed high flexibility, but the occupation seeks to thwart the mediators' efforts to achieve a ceasefire and complete a prisoner exchange deal.

After rounds of dialogue in Cairo with the participation of the Egyptian and Qatari delegations, Hamas is convinced that the occupation will not provide clear answers to the main issues requested.

Hamas' main demands have not changed; they are a ceasefire, complete withdrawal from the Strip, and the return of the displaced.

On this basis, Hamas has not presented any new initiative regarding the number of prisoners, which is the most important issue for "israel."

It is clear that the mediators tried to reassure Hamas that its demands are acceptable to the "israeli" side, but Hamas wants it to be stipulated in the agreement, not just giving oral guarantees.

Regarding the issue of withdrawal, Hamas confirms that the agreement is unclear and ambiguous.

"Israel" proposes that the withdrawal be east of the Gaza Strip without specifying the locations, and Hamas demands that it be through clear maps.

We affirm that this false declaration has no legitimate or legal basis, and is nothing but a message of defiance and contempt from the zionist government headed by war criminals and fascist terrorists to the international community, which is content with condemning without taking deterrent steps against the entity, which daily perpetrates the crime of ethnic cleansing against our people throughout our occupied land.

This targeting operation came after the ship's crew ignored the Yemeni naval forces' warning messages.

Accordingly, the Yemeni Armed Forces renew their warning to all ships to respond to the calls of the Yemeni naval forces, and all crews of the targeted ships must quickly depart after the first strike.

The Yemeni Armed Forces will continue to fulfill their religious, moral, and humanitarian duties in supporting and assisting the oppressed Palestinian people.
