Ibrahim ascended while trying to save his 16-year-old son Taha, who was martyred during the invasion after the IOF shot him and his father in cold blood.

Ibrahim is also a journalist and the father of prisoner Ishaq Mahameed, who has been held in administrative detention in "Nafha" prison without charge or trial since September 2023.

Firstly: This operation comes as a continuation of what the Brigades' fighters began this morning in Jenin, who discovered a special zionist special force in the vicinity of Jenin camp, where our fighters confirmed that they were showered with a heavy barrage of machine-gun bullets.

Secondly: This operation came as part of a series of operations in response to the occupation’s continuous aggression against our steadfast people in Gaza and our brave prisoners, the most recent of which was the operations of the Al-Aqsa Brigades in Gaza, Al-Khalil, Tulkarem, Qalqilya, Jenin, and Tubas during the past days, which left a number of dead and wounded.

Thirdly: We salute the sons of our people rising up in an intifada in all areas of our rebellious West Bank, who in the past days have written an epic in steadfastness and confrontation of this criminal enemy, especially in Tulkarem camp, Nablus, Jenin, Qalqilya, and Tubas.
