22-year-old cancer-stricken prisoner Asif Abdul Mua'ti Muhammad Al-Rifai from the town of Kafr Ain, Ramallah, has ascended to martyrdom after being transferred from Ramla prison clinic to "Asaf Harofeh" hospital.
Asif, who has been detained since September 24, 2022, has been subjected to medical negligence in the occupation prisons, and not provided with the necessary treatments and medications to overcome his disease.
He is the 11th prisoner to have ascended inside the occupation's prisons since October 7th.

In a heinous massacre added to the long series of massacres committed by the criminal zionist entity against our Palestinian people, indifferent to the consequences of its terrorist actions due to the cover and complicity of the administration of US President Biden in its aggression, the zionist occupation army targeted a gathering of thousands of citizens while they were waiting to receive food aid in Gaza City, which led to the ascending of dozens of martyrs and the wounding of hundreds with various injuries.
In the face of this hideous massacre, unprecedented in the history of war crimes, which comes within the framework of the war of starvation carried out by the criminal enemy against our people, aiming to displace them from their land, in implementation of their malicious plan aimed at obliterating the Palestinian cause, we affirm the following:
First: We call on the League of Arab States and the UN Security Council to convene urgently, to take decisions obligating the criminal entity to stop the mass killing and ethnic cleansing in Gaza, and to stop all its violations of international laws, and its violation of the decisions of the International Court of Justice, which demanded that it stop the crime of genocide and ethnic cleansing.
Second: We call on the Arab countries in particular to break the silence regarding the zionist genocide against our people, and to immediately implement the decision of the Arab-Islamic Summit on November 11 of last year, which emphasized breaking the zionist siege and bringing in food and medical aid immediately to the Gaza Strip.
Third: We call on the peoples of our Arab and Islamic nation and the free people of the world to hold widespread popular activities and demonstrations to denounce the zionist massacre against our Palestinian people, and to put pressure on governments to take effective and strong positions against the entity and its war criminal Nazi leaders.
