Al-Shaweesh continued his resistance against the occupation after his injury until he was arrested by the occupation in 2007, and was sentenced to life imprisonment 11 times. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine sends a salute of pride and honor to the soul of the martyr and fighter, Arif Al-Qaddoumi from the town of Kafr Qaddum in Qalqilya, who was martyred after being besieged in a house in Jenin camp, confirming that his pure blood was not and will not be in vain.
The Front praised the heroic confrontation of the martyr and the legendary resistance in Jenin camp, which proved its ability to hurt the zionist enemy, and inflict losses on the invading zionist forces.
The Front confirmed that the city of Jenin and its camp have become a chronic headache for the zionists, especially after entering a new phase of qualitative resistance work, which exhausted the occupation and cost it more losses from ambushes, luring of special forces, and blowing up explosive devices in occupation vehicles, in addition to the unification of all resistance factions into one resistance brigade.
