More than 2,700 martyrs have fallen victim to the terrorist killing machine of the occupation army since the court issued its decision regarding the precautionary measures, confirming that this rogue entity disregards the international judicial system and continues to expand its genocide against civilians, defying all calls warning of the dangers of any military operation in the city of Rafah.

The Front added that the zionist occupation has not complied with the court's decision taken on January 26 regarding temporary measures in the first place. The movement has always responded with a positive spirit and high responsibility along with the mediator brothers in order to stop the aggression on our people, end the oppressing siege, allow the flow of aid and shelter, and reconstruction, and has shown full flexibility in dealing with these issues. However, it is clear so far that the occupation continues to maneuver and stall on the files that concern our people, while its position revolves around the release of prisoners held by the resistance.
The resistance will not accept anything less than the complete cessation of aggression, the withdrawal of the occupation army outside the Strip, lifting the oppressing siege, providing safe and appropriate shelter for the displaced and homeless due to the crimes of the occupation, the return of the displaced especially to the north of the Strip, stopping the barbaric starvation policy, and commitment to reconstruction, all of which are humanitarian requirements and a consensus in the United Nations, human rights institutions, and the decision of the International Court of Justice, and the occupation must comply with them.
Achieving a prisoner exchange deal through which our prisoners are released, especially the old and those with high sentences, is one of the goals of these negotiations, and it cannot be overlooked.
