The Front explained, "The zionist enemy is committing a new war crime by deliberately concealing the fate of hundreds of prisoners who have been arrested from the Gaza Strip since October 7th until today, practicing all forms of torture and abuse, stripping them of the minimum human rights, depriving them of sunlight and sleep, while expanding its arrests among our people in the West Bank and Al-Quds, which reached unprecedented numbers after October 7th, escalating the policy of administrative detention against hundreds of them, in addition to the starvation war it practices against the prisoners, depriving them of blankets and heavy clothes in the winter season, closing sections, preventing visits, and practicing a policy of medical neglect against hundreds of sick prisoners and other criminal policies."

The Front emphasized that the international institutions, including the International Red Cross, which shirked its responsibilities in the destructive zionist war on the Gaza Strip, are also today shirking their fundamental responsibilities and duties in monitoring the conditions of the prisoners, turning a blind eye to the violations and crimes of the occupation that escalated against the prisoners, especially from the Gaza Strip, after October 7th.

The Front called on these institutions to take responsibility in monitoring the conditions of the prisoners, urgently dispatch international investigative committees to all prisons to document the crimes of the occupation, especially against the sick and administrative detainees, and to disclose the fate of hundreds of prisoners arrested from the Gaza Strip since October 7th.

The Front called for including the documented crimes against the prisoners as part of the file presented by South Africa to the International Court of Justice, especially the deliberate killing of several prisoners after October 7th, the continuation of slow execution policies against the prisoners, escalating the policy of administrative detention, the deliberate concealment of hundreds of prisoners from the Gaza Strip in underground prisons, practicing all forms of torture and abuse, considering them illegal detainees, and escalating violations against all prisoners by the decision of the criminal Ben-Gvir. The violations experienced by the prisoners are part of war crimes that must be pursued and their perpetrators prosecuted before international courts.

The Front concluded its statement by affirming that the sun of freedom will soon rise on the prisons, and all prisoners will gain freedom despite the will of the zionist enemy, for the resistance is more determined to end the suffering of the prisoners and liberate them.
