For 129 days, the genocidal war waged by the zionist occupation, in partnership with the United States and some Western countries, continues in all its brutality. The latest of its stages occurred at dawn today with massacres in the city of Rafah targeting homes, mosques, and displaced people, resulting in the ascension of dozens of martyrs, most of whom are children and women.

The continuation of this Nazi war places all participants, supporters, and those who are silent or negligent in condemning and criminalizing it and stopping it, accountable to a historical political, humanitarian, and ethical responsibility. They will bear the legal consequences that will not be subjected to a statute of limitations and will remain a disgrace that follows them throughout history.

We are engaging in difficult talks on multiple tracks, dealing responsibly with all initiatives and efforts that meet the aspirations and expectations of our people in the Gaza Strip, to stop the aggression, end the siege, and achieve relief, reconstruction, and the liberation of prisoners in the enemy's prisons.

We send a salute of pride and honor to our people in the Gaza Strip who continue to challenge and confront the genocidal war, starvation, and thirst, with more patience, perseverance, steadfastness, sacrifice, and determination to adhere to the land, thawabet, and sanctities.

War criminal Netanyahu threatens to pursue civilians to the city of Rafah, which has approximately 1.4 million residents, after it has become a massive displacement center from various areas of the Gaza Strip. People are crowded in schools, streets, and open areas in miserable conditions, and have been subjected to brutal bombing for days, leaving dozens of martyrs, despite the zionist entity and the American administration's claims that Rafah is a safe zone.

After 12 days of following those with a human conscience, it was revealed that the child Hind and four members of her family, including her cousin the child Layan, were martyred by the bullets of the fascist occupation army, in addition to the heroic paramedics: the paramedic Youssef Zeino and the paramedic Ahmad Al-Madhoun, who rushed to rescue the family, with the complete destruction of the ambulance.

We affirm that this compound crime, in which the occupation army, devoid of the slightest standards of humanity, targets children and medical teams performing their work guaranteed by international and humanitarian law, is a stain that time will not erase.

Hind and Layan have been added to more than 12,000 children martyred by the occupation army deliberately and in cold blood, in barbaric crimes beyond description and unparalleled in modern history, without the terrorist criminal finding anyone to deter him. Instead, the fully complicit American administration continues to support him in all fields: political, financial, and military.

The terrorist occupation army continues its siege on the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, deploying snipers around it, targeting patients and medical teams, in an ongoing war crime against what remains of the medical sector, repeating the policy of targeting hospitals and health centers, as happened in hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip.

We condemn in the strongest terms the oppression and torture inflicted on Dr. Mohammed Abu Salmiya, the director of Al-Shifa Medical Hospital, including breaking his hands and deliberately humiliating him and forcing him to walk on his limbs, all because he refused, despite all the pressure and torture, to record a video accusing the resistance of using Al-Shifa Hospital as a military headquarters.

We salute the heroic Palestinian doctor Amira Al-Asouli, who was in Egypt at the start of the aggression against our people and insisted on returning to her country to serve her people and tend to their wounds. The world saw how she risked her life in front of the enemy's snipers to rescue one of the wounded.

We renew our call to the international community, the United Nations, and international organizations, especially the World Health Organization and the International Committee of the Red Cross, to take up their humanitarian, legal, and ethical responsibilities, and to intervene immediately to protect the hospital and its facilities from systematic targeting.

The occupation army continues its Nazi crimes against our people in the occupied West Bank, where the number of martyrs since the start of the aggression has reached more than 405, most of them in field executions, with thousands wounded and injured. They practice the most heinous crimes through the destruction of homes and contents, the establishment of hundreds of checkpoints, the closure of roads, and assaults on passers-by.

The occupation continues its violations against prisoners in its jails, where released prisoners have testified to the horrific horrors that prisoners, male and female, are subjected to, including psychological and physical torture, insults, and serious violations. Several have died under torture, the latest being the martyr Mohammed Al-Sabbar, who ascended as a result of torture and medical negligence.

The assaults by settlers on our people in the West Bank are escalating, through road blockages and land seizures, while the occupation's plans to Judaize the land and confiscate it continue. Recently, settlers, protected by the occupation army, established a new settlement outpost on the lands of the town of Tuqu' in Bethlehem, south of the occupied West Bank, in a blatant violation of all United Nations laws and resolutions.

During the meeting of the movement's delegation in Cairo with the Egyptian and Qatari mediators, the response of the movement to the Paris proposal was discussed, and the Egyptian and Qatari brothers assessed the movement's response as positive, opening the way to reaching an agreement.

The movement has reviewed the response of the occupation to the Paris proposal, which its representatives participated in and agreed upon. We see that the occupation's response is a step back from the Paris proposal itself, setting conditions and obstacles that do not facilitate reaching an agreement that achieves a cessation of aggression against our people.

Moreover, what the occupation has presented in terms of equations for prisoner exchange confirms that it is not serious in reaching a prisoner exchange deal.

The behavior and positions of Netanyahu confirm that he is continuing the policy of evasion and procrastination, not interested in reaching an agreement, attempting to prolong the duration of the war, and buying time for personal calculations related to his political future.

We affirm that Hamas Movement is committed to its stance, has always been keen on reaching an agreement that achieves the cessation of aggression against our people, the withdrawal of the occupation army from the Gaza Strip, relief for our people, the return of residents to their areas, reconstruction, lifting the siege on the Gaza Strip, and accomplishing a prisoner exchange.

The American administration and President Biden personally bear full responsibility along with the occupation government for this massacre, due to the green light they gave to Netanyahu yesterday, and what they provide him with in terms of open support with money, weapons, and political cover to continue the genocide war and massacres.

We call on the Arab League, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the United Nations Security Council to take immediate and serious action to prevent the occupation from committing mass genocide in Rafah, to curb the ongoing zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, and to support our people's legitimate right to freedom and liberation from the occupation.

The occupation claimed that it reached two zionist prisoners in the Shaboura camp in Rafah and liberated them, marketing it as an achievement for their defeated army in light of what it faces from defeats and resistance on various battle fronts, especially in Khan Younis, and failure to recover prisoners held by the resistance.

While awaiting the resistance's account of the incident, which is the source of authenticated information, we point out that there are journalistic field reports suggesting that the prisoners were not in the possession of the Hamas movement but a civilian family, which calls into question the credibility of the occupation's narrative and confirms its attempt to exaggerate the event in search of a missing achievement in the face of the resistance. Therefore, we affirm that the decisive word is what the resistance will announce.

The occupation's celebration of reaching two prisoners located in a residential apartment—according to its narrative—after this period (128 days) through a complex security and military operation, as described, is a blatant attempt to boost the morale of the occupation army and its soldiers, amid the significant failure in achieving any of their goals.

After more than four continuous months, the occupation army states that 134 prisoners are still in the possession of Al-Qassam Brigades, which in itself is an achievement for the resistance.

The exaggeration in depicting the operation and its results is evidence of confusion within the zionist occupation government, which tries to record any achievement and magnify it in front of the zionist public that is resentful of its political leadership and its failure to achieve the declared goals, leading to multiple losses for the entity.

We hold the American administration and its President Biden full responsibility for the continuation of the genocide war practiced by the zionist occupation against our people in the Gaza Strip for more than four full months. The American support for these horrific and escalating crimes refutes all the false claims they promote about human rights, freedom, and justice.

We call on the International Court of Justice to document these horrific crimes, massacres, and violations, which have continued since its decision and have affected all aspects of human life in the Gaza Strip, and to work to adopt a resolution to stop this war and take all measures to stop these horrific crimes against our people.

We highly appreciate all Arab, Islamic, and international positions that reject and condemn the continuation of aggression and zionist crimes in the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, and against the occupation's plans to displace our people and occupy their land. Words penned by the quill of wounds to the Secretary-General, His Eminence Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, may Allah preserve him. "Get ready" still flows in our blood, and the voice of "at your service" echoes every morning through time.

If the call to war sounds, be its enlisted soldiers. Our news is true, and our promise is love. We do not choose life, and we thank Allah for honoring us with combat.

We are wounds whose pain is praise [to Allah], and their bleeding is thankfulness, they will not heal until the flag of justice of Al-Mahdi (the twelfth Imam) flutters high, may our souls be sacrificed for him, in the east and the west. It is as if we are walking behind him, surrounded by the patience of years, storing pain and groans. Tirelessly with us are places and memories that reside within them Palestine and Al-Aqsa Mosque. Since the year 1982, the first bullet, and the first wounded, among them were the leaders, the martyrs, and those who wait, and we will not change in the least.

You see us in all fronts from Beirut to the South to the Western Bekaa, we were the masters, and in July, we were the leaders. And when the call of sacred defense sounded, among us were the Al-Akbar, Al-Qasim, and Al-Abbas, and Zainab was not captured.

We returned wounded and bleeding. Whenever an eye was extinguished, it lit up everything around it, and whenever limbs were amputated, they grew, nurtured, and bore their fruit, and whenever the limbs' grief settled, it showered us with moist dates.

And patience bore free men in the time of Al-Quds, wounds that bandage Gaza's wounds and strengthen the arm of Palestine. Wounded have proceeded on that path, remaining true to the covenant, and so they ascended as martyrs and achieved the two best things: victory with the badge of a wounded and the victory of martyrdom.

"Bring forth your weapon," is still in our resolve. You see us in the battlefields. No era delays us, nor does fate hinder us. For we are the bullet where the battle rages, and we are the word of truth in the battlefield, we emerge carrying our message, a resistant wound that does not yield. And we are the fighting melody, the resolve of the echo of our voices reverberates from the echoes of the fronts. And we are the hope.

Our wounds are caves of supplication and the mercy of the Merciful. So, this is our flag, the fluttering flag of Al-Abbas, and we are, however we may be and wherever we may be, enlisted soldiers, even over our fates. And Allah is a witness to what we say, and He is the best Lord and the best Supporter.
