The affirmed that military training and mobilization would continue and praised the performance of the Palestinian resistance. They also praised the operations of Hezbollah and the Iraqi resistance.

In the shadow of the genocide waged by the zionist enemy against our steadfast people in Gaza Strip and the West Bank, and amid the actions of the settler gangs who wreak havoc and assault our people and their resources in their villages and valiant towns, a group from the [Palestinian Authority] Security Forces has arrested several fighters of the sons of Jenin Brigade and confiscated their weapons. We denounce this abnormal and unpatriotic behavior carried out by these individuals, and we affirm the following:
First: Our Palestinian people and all its national and Islamic forces are united in the trench of confronting the occupation's crimes against our people in Gaza and the West Bank.
Second: The weapons of the Jenin Brigade have always been a national weapon directed against the occupation and its settler hordes to defend our people in the West Bank.
Third: We consider what these elements have done to be abnormal and condemnable behavior and does not represent the honorable resistance fighters from the sons of the Fatah movement, known for its history of struggle.

The opportunity that the Islamic Resistance has granted today for the occupation forces to leave the land of the sanctities as a lifeline was not available to them yesterday despite their mediations and pleading before their defeat and complete destruction in 2011. At that time, the fighters of the resistance were driving the occupation soldiers fiercely into the blazing fire and turning their bases into ruins and rubble.
The opportunity of the past days has certainly revealed to the Iraqi people, friends, and responsible entities that the occupying enemy does not leave its villainy and treachery, nor does it understand any language other than the language of arms. This was clearly demonstrated in its recent targeting of the fighters of the Popular Mobilization Forces in Al-Qaim, Akashat, and other locations, and its crimes were further increased by the assassination of the great leader Abu Baqer Al-Saaidi in Baghdad, thereby violating all rules of engagement. This only increases the commitment of the Islamic Resistance and its declared factions to their responsibilities towards their people, country, and nation under any circumstances.
At a time when we look to those we trust to excuse us, as we are more aware than others of our enemy's malice, the battlefields of confronting them, and the mechanism for subduing them through painful strikes and broad attacks, to force it into submission and defeat for the benefit of our people and the causes of our nation, we call on our brothers in jihad to join the ranks of the resistance, to resolve to participate actively in expelling the occupation at this historic stage for Iraq and the region.
