The martyrdom of detainee Mohammed Ahmed Al-Sabbar from Al-Khalil due to a medical crime in the prisons of the "israeli" occupation

The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission and the Palestinian Prisoners' Club confirmed the martyrdom of administrative detainee Mohammed Ahmed Rateb Al-Sabbar (21 years old) from the town of Dhahiriya/Al-Khalil, due to a systematic medical crime that led to his death today after being transferred from "Ofer" Prison to "Hadassah" Hospital, according to available data. He had been administratively detained since May 2022, with the latest administrative detention order issued against him in November 2023 for four months. He was the youngest son in a family of seven, with three sisters and an older brother, noting that this was his first arrest.

The Commission and the Club explained that the occupation committed two crimes against the martyr Al-Sabbar. Firstly, by continuing his arbitrary administrative detention under the pretext of a (secret file), and by committing a medical crime against him and depriving him of treatment. Al-Sabbar, before his arrest in 2022, suffered from a congenital stomach and intestinal problem, for which he regularly received treatment, medication, and special food. After his administrative detention about two years ago, the prison administration committed a medical crime by depriving him of treatment, which was exacerbated after October 7 by depriving him of the minimum level of treatment.

The Commission and the Club highlighted that the number of sick prisoners in the prisons has doubled after October 7, due to the intensified deprivation of treatment aiming to kill them, alongside crimes of torture, abuse, and starvation policies that have unprecedentedly exacerbated the suffering of prisoners in prisons, directly affecting the fate of sick prisoners. Moreover, the severe cold, overcrowding, lack of sufficient clothing, heating means, or even blankets for them have caused the majority of prisoners today in prisons to suffer from diseases and health problems due to dangerous conditions and systematic retaliatory measures imposed by the prison administration on prisoners after October 7.

The Commission and the Club held the "israeli" prison administration fully responsible for the martyrdom of detainee Al-Sabbar and the fate of all prisoners and detainees, considering the crime committed against detainee Al-Sabbar as part of the comprehensive aggression and genocide in Gaza, within the framework of systematic killing operations executed by the occupation by decision against Palestinian prisoners in its prisons, under a government that had sought to enact a death penalty law against prisoners.

With the martyrdom of detainee Al-Sabbar, the number of detainees who have ascended after October 7 rises to eight martyrs, in addition to a group of detainees from Gaza whose martyrdom was revealed by the occupation media in the "Sdei Teiman" camp, without disclosing their identities, besides the occupation's admission of executing one of the detainees. It is likely that there are more detainees from Gaza who have martyred due to torture and field executions, noting that the number of martyrs of the prisoner movement since 1967 has reached 245 with the martyrdom of detainee Al-Sabbar.

The Commission and the Club once again called on the international legal system at all levels to take real and tangible measures to put an end to the level of brutal crimes committed by the occupation against Palestinian prisoners, who are subjected to systematic and deliberate killings through a set of policies and tools that have significantly and unprecedentedly escalated after October 7.

Currently, there are more than 9000 prisoners in the prisons of the Israeli occupation, including 4384 administrative detainees, while the number of prisoners in the occupation's prisons before October 7 was more than 5,250, and administrative detainees about 1,320.

In light of the conspiracies against our people and their rights, so that the enemies undermine our people's will for liberation, our people are waging the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood, armed with their faith, Lord, and confidence in Him, their fighters, and the free people of the Arab and Islamic nation, absolutely certain of Allah's promised victory.

Through our management of the battle with the other resistance factions, we see the fragility of their army, which crumbles under the boots of the fighters of the brave Palestinian people.

We also saw the disintegration of zionist society and its division, as described to us by the truth of Allah Almighty: "You think they are united, but their hearts are divided," indicating the weakness of the entity.

Our message to the criminal enemy:
The enemy must know that its crimes before the 7th of October are the main reason for what happened, and what it commits today against our people in the West Bank, Al-Quds, and especially Gaza will certainly have a price to pay, undoubtedly.

Also, if the enemy wants its prisoners, it must accept the conditions of the resistance. Let the enemy know that its conspiracies and plans fail before the awareness of our people, their steadfastness, and the might of our fighters who have killed, wounded, and injured tens of thousands of its soldiers, and the occupation will continue to suffer from the effects of what it was afflicted with in the Al-Aqsa Flood battle.

1- At 8:35, targeting the headquarters of the Eastern Brigade 769 of the Galilee Division 91 in the "Kiryat Shmona" barracks with appropriate weapons.
2- At 12:20, targeting the Ma'aleh Golani barracks with two Falaq missiles and achieving direct hits.
3- At 13:40, the Islamic Resistance's artillery targeted the radar site in the Lebanese-occupied Shebaa Farms, achieving direct hits.
4- At 14:10, targeting a building in the "Metulla" settlement where enemy soldiers were positioned with appropriate weapons, achieving a direct hit, in response to the "israeli" aggressions on villages and civilian homes.
5- At 16:18, targeting the Al-Zaoura site with rocket weapons, achieving a direct hit.

- Western Sector:

1- At 8:35, targeting the Branit barracks with rocket weapons and achieving a direct hit.
2- At 16:35, targeting the Birkat Risha site with two Burkan missiles and achieving a direct hit.
3- At 19:30, targeting the "Meron" Air Base with Falaq missiles and achieving a direct hit, in response to the "israeli" aggressions on villages and civilians, including the recent aggression on the city of Nabatiye.
4- At 23:00, targeting the headquarters of the Third Infantry Brigade at the "Ein Zeitem" base with dozens of Katyusha rockets, in response to targeting villages, especially the recent aggression on the city of Nabatiye.

🚨 With the martyrdom of Mohammed Al-Sabbar, the number of prisoners who have ascended to martyrdom since October 7th increased to eight, and 245 in the prisoners movement since 1967.

This is in addition to a number of Gazan prisoners whose martyrdom in the "Sedeyh Teiman" camp was revealed in the zionist media, their identities unknown, as well as a number of detainees who have been martyred by torture and field executions in Gaza.

Including Mohammed, the martyrs of the prisoner movement after October 7th in the zionist prisons are:

• Martyr prisoner Omar Daraghmeh (58 years old) from Tubas, martyred on 23/10/2023 just hours after a court session in "Megiddo" prison. He was arrested on October 9 2023, and was transferred to administrative detention.
• Martyr prisoner Arafat Hamdan (25 years old) from Ramallah, martyred on 24/10/2023, in "Ofer" prison. He was arrested on October 22, 2023, martyred two days after his arrest.
• Martyr prisoner Majed Zaqoul (32 years old) from Gaza was announced martyred on 6/11/2023. This announcement came after a period since his martyrdom in "Ofer" prison. He was one of the workers arrested after October 7.
• The fourth martyr in the occupation prisons has not been identified yet; he is one of the workers from Gaza, as announced by the occupation, and he was martyred in "Antoot" IOF camp.
• Martyr prisoner Abdulrahman Mer'i (33 years old) from Salfit, martyred on 13/11/2023 in "Megiddo" prison. His martyrdom was announced the following day. He was arrested on February 25, 2023.
• Martyr prisoner Thaer Abu Asab (38 years old) from Qalqilya, martyred on 18/11/2023. His martyrdom was announced after he was transferred from Naqab prison to "Soroka" hospital. He is the only martyr after October 7 among the sentenced prisoners, detained since 2005, serving a 25-year sentence.
• Martyr prisoner Abdulrahman Al-Bahsh (23 years old) from Nablus, martyred on 1/1/2024.

🚨 At least five people have ascended to martyrdom and dozens are injured after zionist air strikes on the Al-Nahal home in Khirbet Al-Adas in Rafah Governorate, southern #Gaza.
