We see that the responsibility of all countries is a clear duty to ensure the implementation of the measures of the International Court of Justice, including those ordering "israel" to take immediate measures to protect Palestinian refugees and the survival of UNRWA is linked to the implementation of UN resolution 194, which mandates the right of return for Palestinian refugees to their homes.
Erasing UNRWA as an international institution constitutes a moral, legal, and international witness to the Palestinian refugees' cause and is fundamental in the Palestinian narrative since the Nakba of 1948. On Wednesday, February 7, 2024; the residents of Nour Shams camp woke up to massive forces, reinforced with drones, special units, troop carriers, and a huge number of "infantry" soldiers surrounding the Damj neighborhood, in the Al-Maslakh area; and the siege was tightened around the house of our martyr and leader Asoum Al-Ali and the field commander Wissam Al-Ali, as they were in their den waiting to meet their Lord. The siege lasted for more than 7 hours, during which the soldiers demanded their surrender, but they refused to come out, stood firm in their place, and a fierce battle ensued with the occupation soldiers, using various weapons. Moreover, they bombed the house with a large number of guided missiles (after failing to reach them), and the martyr Asoum Al-Ali managed to inflict direct injuries on a number of soldiers.
Afterwards, they demolished the house and intensified the bombardment on the fighters Asoum Al-Ali and his brother Wissam Al-Ali, which led the soldiers to launch more missiles along with bombs. With the continuous heavy bombardment and the depletion of the fighters' ammunition, the steadfast and brave commander Mu'tasim Al-Ali fell as a martyr, and his brother, the field commander Wissam Al-Ali was injured before being arrested.
We confirm that this heinous crime will not go unpunished or unaccounted for, and our fighters will use all their strength to respond to these crimes against our sons and our people.
May Allah have mercy on our martyrs, our leader, and our teacher, Mu'tasim Al-Ali "Asoum", and may He place us and him in the highest Paradise, God willing. Blessed is your martyrdom.
And a speedy relief for the field commander Wissam Al-Ali.

War in our religion is a back-and-forth, and so is war a deception and cunning against this cowardly enemy. Your sons' raids and rounds continue to disrupt the enemy's calculations despite their intelligence in the air, on land, and their agents.
On the night of Wednesday, the seventh of this month, during the "israeli" invasion of the camp of glory and martyrs, Nour Shams camp, the Death Unit of the Tulkarem Brigade managed to lure a infantry force that had gone to fortify itself in one of the houses on the main street and clashes with them, achieving direct hits on the enemy.
