We live in these decisive times of our people's and our nation's history as we engage in the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood against injustice and zio-western terrorism, marking a blessed jihadist anniversary that established a jihadist tributary and Islamic resistance work in Palestine.

Over the years of establishment, the Movement has bid farewell to a constellation of its leaders, cadres, and fighters, led by the founding General Secretary Abu Hafs, may Allah have mercy on him. Yet, this extended series continues to add bright links to the path of thorns, especially in this pivotal battle of our people's history...

As we in the Palestinian Mujahideen Movement and its military wing, the Mujahideen Brigades, salute the 24th anniversary of our launch on the battlefield and confrontation with the criminal enemy, we affirm the following:

Firstly: We extend our salutes to our valiant fighting Palestinian people in Gaza, who gave what was dear and precious and did not skimp on money, children and homes in their defense of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and their embrace of the valiant resistance. Salutes to all our people in the West Bank, Al-Quds, the interior and the diaspora.

Secondly: We affirm that we have continued on the path of resistance until all rights are taken back and all land is liberated. There is no legitimacy for the zionists on our land.

Thirdly: We affirm that the prisoners of the zionist enemy will not be liberated except in accordance with the will of the resistance and the liberation of our brave prisoners who are subjected to the ugliest policies of zionist criminal abuse in an honorable deal.

Fourthly: We affirm that the aggression must be stopped, the enemy forces must withdraw from the cities of the Gaza Strip, reconstruction must be guaranteed, and the unjust siege on the Gaza Strip must be broken, so that any agreement to end the war or the prisoner’s deal sees success.

Fifthly: We call on all our fighter cells, our fighting factions, and all the masses of our people to escalate the resistance work and the intifada in the face of the fascist enemy, especially in the occupied West Bank and Al-Quds.

Sixthly: We call on the masses of our nation and the free people of the world to put more pressure on the interests of the zionist enemy and its American partners and other Western countries, and to bear the legal, humanitarian and moral responsibility to stop the genocidal war being committed against our people in Gaza.

Seventhly: We salute everyone who stood with our people in support of this political and military stance, and we value the jihadist operations carried out by our brothers in Yemen, Lebanon and Iraq, and we call on them to do more.

The truth behind the zionist allegations accusing UNRWA employees of participating in the events of October 7th is starting to unfold.

After the abject failure of the entity's leaders to achieve the war's objectives, UNRWA became an alternative military target. This included bombing its facilities, disrupting its services, killing hundreds of its employees, and destroying the displaced persons' headquarters flying its flag, leading to the drying up of its services and accusing it of "terrorism" to justify its diabolical plans of cleansing and genocide, and then jumping to cut off life-saving aid as a level of collective punishment.

The United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan, Finland, the United States of America, Australia, and Canada are among the countries that have stopped funding UNRWA, which collectively covered more than half of UNRWA's budget in 2022. These countries supported the brutal aggression against our people.

These countries see the occupation's blatant violations towards Palestinian refugees in Gaza and the rest of the occupied Palestinian lands and realize more than others that UNRWA is the only lifeline, providing humanitarian aid, education, and shelter. These aids are indispensable; the Agency also provides much-needed assistance to millions of other Palestinian refugees living in neighboring Arab countries.

Instead of adhering to the decisions and measures required by the International Court of Justice, and the court's conclusions regarding the catastrophic humanitarian situation of the people of Gaza, key countries, at the request of the United States, cut funding to UNRWA, affecting the lives of the people of Gaza.

We see that the responsibility of all countries is a clear duty to ensure the implementation of the measures of the International Court of Justice, including those ordering "israel" to take immediate measures to protect Palestinian refugees and the survival of UNRWA is linked to the implementation of UN resolution 194, which mandates the right of return for Palestinian refugees to their homes.

Erasing UNRWA as an international institution constitutes a moral, legal, and international witness to the Palestinian refugees' cause and is fundamental in the Palestinian narrative since the Nakba of 1948. Responding to the policies of the "israeli" occupation and right-wing extremist zionist groups is a purely political decision, starting with a defamation campaign against UNRWA, known for playing a key role in protecting the right of Palestinian refugees to return to their lands. To prevent a humanitarian disaster, we call for:

First: Inviting host countries of refugees to act internationally and fulfill their duty by contributing to a joint strategy to face this challenge.

Second: Receiving Palestinian institutions specialized in refugees in all countries to draw up a program that protects UNRWA from political incitement and media defamation and to clarify the facts and evidence supporting its protective role and function.

Third: Global recognition of the state of Palestine and the right to self-determination of the Palestinian people and the human, vital, and national rights of the Palestinian people, especially in the diaspora, as a guarantee for implementing the UN resolution on the right of return.

Fourth: Palestinian leadership should come together to confront the targeting of UNRWA as a systematic political issue, and demand influential countries in international politics to preserve UNRWA and its role as an international body witnessing the crime of the Nakba.

Fifth: Creating international advocacy to provide an urgent budget for the UNRWA crisis, even if it means through the United Nations budget itself.
