Rafah has been described as a "safe zone" by zionist officials and houses 1.4 million displaced Palestinians currently. Despite this, dozens of martyrs have ascended by IOF bombing in the city in recent days.

- Eastern Sector:

1- At 13:45, the Zebdine site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms and a gathering of “israeli” enemy soldiers in its vicinity were targeted with missile weapons, achieving direct hits.
2- At 20:23, a gathering of “israeli” enemy soldiers in the vicinity of the Al-Marj site was targeted with missile weapons and was directly hit.
3- At 21:00, the Ruwaisat Al-Alam site in the occupied Lebanese Shebaa Farms was targeted with missile weapons and was directly hit.

- Western Sector:

1- At 14:15, the technical equipment at the Ramia site was targeted with appropriate weapons and was directly hit.

124 days of zionist Nazi aggression against our people in Gaza, in a genocidal war and ethnic cleansing the world has never witnessed in its brutality, sadism, and horror, has revealed the international community's inability to stop it and prevent the occupation from continuing, and exposed the double standards of those countries advocating for justice, freedom, and human rights.

No literary expressions, media reports, or UN investigations can describe the magnitude of the humanitarian disaster and the true tragedy left by this fascist occupation against over two million Palestinian citizens in Gaza, most of whom are women, children, elderly, sick, and displaced. They die daily from bombardment, hunger, thirst, and disease, in front of the world's eyes and ears.

On the other hand, words fail to do justice to our great people in Gaza, men, women, youth, children, elders, and elderly, as they write with resilience, steadfastness, patience, and immense sacrifices, the most magnificent legendary epic in the history of our people's struggle.

No expression of pride and honor can adequately represent our brave men, the mighty heroes and men of the victorious Al-Qassam Brigades, the fighting Saraya Al-Quds, and all the heroes of the Palestinian resistance, defending our blessed land, our sanctities, and our honor.

On the 124th day of this Nazi aggression, the catastrophic humanitarian situation worsens, exacerbated since the beginning of the aggression, due to continued indiscriminate bombing, destruction of infrastructure, horrific massacres, field executions, and the inadequate delivery of relief aid to all areas of Gaza, especially in the north, despite the International Court of Justice's ruling.

There is still an urgent need for food, water, and medicine for all residents of the Strip, as they lack the most basic food and medical supplies, suffering from hunger, thirst, and disease daily, while the concerned countries and international institutions remain inactive.

The Nazi occupation committed horrific massacres against civilians and displaced persons from our people throughout Gaza, the latest of which was its deliberate bombing of a UN relief convoy on Rashid Street, and its targeting of a police car in Rafah, resulting in the martyrdom of 6 police officers whose mission was to secure the entry of aid trucks into Gaza.

We warn of the grave danger of the zionist occupation committing a new bloody massacre at Al-Amal Hospital and Nasser Medical Complex, and we hold the US administration responsible for this and for its repercussions, due to its support for this Nazi occupation with weapons and money, allowing its barbaric aggression against civilians of our people to continue.

We followed with utmost condemnation and outrage the biased positions of states supporting the aggressive agendas of the occupation against our people, imposing sanctions and halting funding to UNRWA under false and unsubstantiated pretexts, while failing to clearly condemn the crimes and violations of the occupation in bombing and destroying the Agency's centers, and arresting and killing dozens of its workers.

We remind our Arab and Islamic countries of the decisions of the Arab and Islamic summits in Riyadh, and of their moral, political, and humanitarian responsibilities towards an Arab Muslim people bombarded daily with zionist-American weapons, dying daily from hunger and thirst, with hundreds of martyrs rising from it daily, as they defend themselves, their freedom, their land, and their dignity, honor, and sanctities of the nation.

We renew our call to Arab and Islamic countries to take serious action, reject all American pressures, challenge the zionist occupation, and immediately work to break the siege on Gaza, deliver relief and medical aid to the entire Strip, in support of the steadfastness and legitimate struggle of our people.

Netanyahu and his government seek by all means to continue misleading the Israeli public opinion and prolonging the aggression, despite the losses suffered by their defeated army in terms of lives and equipment. They continue to evade the post-aggression obligations and postpone confronting the investigation committees regarding their monumental failure on October 7.

The [Hamas] movement has responded to the framework agreement to the brothers in Qatar and Egypt, after completing consultations within the movement's leadership and with the factions of the Palestinian resistance.

The movement submitted its observations to ensure a comprehensive and complete ceasefire, end the barbaric aggression against innocent civilians, including children, women, and the elderly, deliver aid and relief materials, secure shelter for the displaced, ensure reconstruction, lift the siege on Gaza, and accomplish a prisoner exchange operation.

The movement dealt with the proposal in a positive spirit, despite zionist reactions, which attempted to infringe on the most basic rights of our people in this framework. Since the announcement of this document, zionist statements confirming the continuation of aggression against Gaza have been repeated, as stated by the terrorist Netanyahu, who spoke of his refusal to withdraw his army from Gaza or release our prisoners from jails.

Ministers from the occupation government have reiterated their fascist positions, calling for the displacement of our Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in an attempt to obstruct any path leading to stopping the aggression against civilians in Gaza.

We call on the American administration, which continues to provide all means of military and political support to the terrorist occupation entity, and provides cover for the genocide war it wages against our Palestinian people in Gaza, to stop this criminal policy, which is leading the region towards ignition.

The key to stability in the region is for the US administration to seek to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip, lift the oppression from our Palestinian people, recognize all their rights, empower them to determine their destiny, build their state, and establish its capital in Al-Quds.

We appreciate the role of our brothers in Egypt, Qatar, and all countries that have sought and continue to seek to stop the brutal aggression against our people.

In the context of following up on our ideas and our keenness to achieve the best results that serve the interests of our people and alleviate their suffering, by stopping the aggression against our people and achieving full relief, lifting the siege, and launching reconstruction efforts, we affirm that a delegation from the movement's leadership, headed by Dr. Khalil Al-Hayya, will head to Cairo to follow up on this matter.
