A military statement issued by Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - Nablus Brigade:

At 11:55 pm yesterday, Sunday 12-25-2022, our fighters in the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades - the Nablus Brigade shot directly and very intensively, and detonated an explosive device, on the military point on Mount Gerizim. Our fighters guaranteed hits to the target in a direct manner. Our fighters also confirmed injuries among the ranks of the brutal occupier.

We say to the enemy, if you have the audacity to talk about what happened at the point, then speak up.

This operation comes within context of a series of operations carried out by the Brigades as a natural response to the martyrdom of Commander Nasser Abu Hmeid. We say to the cowardly enemy that the response and the account are still open.

We tell you that the siege of the city of Nablus will not intimidate us, and we will show you what displeases the faces of the leaders and soldiers of the Jewish occupation. We will lift the siege by force.

And then...

Our fighters returned safely, under the care and protection of Allah.

🚨 Now: very intense and continuous exchanges of gunfire after resistance fighters targeted the colonial Jalameh checkpoint in #Jenin. On-the-ground reports state that IOF soldiers shot at each other.

🚨 The resistance fighters who engaged in an armed clash after targeting the Jalameh checkpoint in #Jenin moments ago managed to escape without harm.

⚫ Nablus Brigade (PIJ):
With God's help and strength, at 10:20 pm, our fighters targeted a military checkpoint of the occupation forces at the Deir Sharaf intersection, west of the city of Nablus, with heavy bullets and guaranteed direct casualties.

Due to increased resistance, the IOF tightens military measures in and around Nablus and obstructs traffic through the Huwara, Beit Furik, Surra checkpoints, and the western entrances to the city. The IOF have effectively placed #Nablus under siege.

Resistance fighters target the colonial Tayaseer checkpoint, northeast of #Tubas, with heavy barrages of bullets.
