The administration of the occupation prisons continues a series of punitive and restrictive measures on prisoners, alongside a range of dangerous policies, which began implementation after October 7. These policies have been accompanied by unprecedented torture operations, as we have pointed out in many statements and reports containing testimonies from dozens of male and female prisoners in the occupation prisons.
The Prisoners' Commission and the Prisoners' Club confirm in a joint briefing that, in light of several recent visits by lawyers to "Megiddo" and Naqab prisons, the prison administration continues its practices initiated after October 7, notably: starvation policy, intensified solitary confinement, in the context of depriving thousands of prisoners from family visits, stripping them of any means to know what is happening outside, like TV and radio, and depriving them of sufficient clothing or blankets (as one prisoner described, "they shiver from the cold, specifically in Naqab prison"), in addition to continued electricity cuts, reducing water availability hours to prisoners' sections, and severe overcrowding where the number of prisoners in some cells reached 12, alongside many other measures that have radically impacted prisoners' life, imposing a significant transformation.
Based on several testimonies from prisoners, the policy of humiliation and degradation of prisoners during the so-called security check ("the count") has become prominent. According to prisoners visited in "Megiddo" and Naqab prisons, which have been central to systematic torture and abuse affecting thousands of prisoners: Armed forces accompany the jailers during "the count". According to one prisoner: "Jailers humiliate prisoners during the counting process, which occurs three times a day. Previously, counting was done standing, but now, before entering the rooms, prisoners must sit on their knees, hands behind their heads, faces against the wall during the morning count. In the evening count, faces must be towards the jailer. The frequency of beatings was very high initially during the count."
Regarding outdoor time ("the yard") - the exit to the prison yard, some prisons allow each cell out separately for a limited period, and some prisons have not allowed prisoners to go out to this day, as reported by a number of prisoners in Negev prison. Prisoners are also not allowed to shave or use nail clippers. Due to the scarcity of clothing and only one set available, prisoners are forced to wash their clothes and sometimes wear them damp, in very cold weather conditions.

A case of assault on prisoners before the visit was reported as a testimony from one of the prisoners visited in Naqab prison, where the lawyer confirmed that this visit was one of the most difficult: "A group of prisoners were taken out by the jailers to complete the visit, and upon reaching the vehicle transporting them from the sections to the lawyers' visit room, they were received by a unit called "Kiter," who wore masks on their faces, handcuffed the prisoners to the back, and began to search them, accompanied by foul insults. Then they started beating them with hands and leg restraints, and the beating by the "Kiter" unit continued until the prisoners reached the bus. One of the prisoners refused to complete the visit due to the assault and asked to return to the section."

Political prisoner Musab Shtayyeh, who has been unjustly kidnapped in Palestinian Authority prisons for nearly 500 days, was transferred to intensive care yesterday following a health deterioration.
His family was prevented from seeing him last week. Musab suffers from cardiomyopathy and hyperthyroidism, making his torture in PA prisons especially difficult. The PA has also attacked his family members repeatedly, as the IOF did previously.
In September, Musab went on a 5-day-long hunger strike for his release. At least three court orders have called for his release, including the Supreme Administrative Court in February 2023. Yet, the Palestinian Authority continues to hold him as part of its "sacred security coordination" with the zionist enemy.

๐พ๐ช Yemeni Military Media releases scenes of its second training maneuver and graduation ceremony for the Battle of Promise Conquest and Sacred Jihad in support of Al-Aqsa Flood.
The maneuver took place in the central region, focusing on anti-armor and anti-fortification capabilities, targeting buildings as well as stationary and moving American and zionist vehicles.
