O our great fighting people in all places of your presence,
O people of the city of Tulkarem and its steadfast camp, Nour Shams camp, the camp of sacrifice and redemption,

A new round of the battle, The Covenant of The Truthful, has ended - a round of fighting, resistance, steadfastness, sacrifice, and challenge against this usurping enemy. We emerged from this battle, by the grace and power of Allah, stronger and more determined.

The Brigade carried out several qualitative and heroic strikes, which began with a tight ambush and a dense field of fire and explosive devices executed by our fighters in Al-Manshiya neighborhood by detonating a field of pre-prepared mines in a number of the occupation's vehicles stationed in Al-Manshiya neighborhood and Al-Katiba square in the middle of the camp, causing damage to several of them and inflicting severe damage and confirmed casualties among the enemy, including serious injuries.

Our heroic fighters continued the battle for more than 8 hours of combat and confrontation, during which the victorious Brigade detonated a large number of explosive devices against their military vehicles of type D9, which became debris and rubble, and "Namer" [APC that means "tiger" in Arabic], which became like paper from our fighters' strikes on all fronts in the battle we named The Covenant of The Truthful.

We confirm their casualties, both dead and wounded, by the grace and favor of Allah, and we set up ambushes for the enemy's soldiers and made the occupation pay the price for its aggression on our beloved camp.

Our fighters, by the will and strength of Allah and His blessing, were able to engage in scattered clashes on several fronts with the occupation forces in (Al-Mahjar Street - Main street - Al-Manshiya neighborhood - the camp's gate - Al-Jamea neighborhood - Tulkarem camp - and other areas), where our fighters wrote the most magnificent epics in the face of the aggressive enemy, inflicting deaths and wounded on them.

And by the help and strength of Allah, our fighters managed to foil several rescue attempts carried out by the occupation army for its forces that our fighters besieged in Al-Manshiya and showered them with heavy barrages of bullets and explosive devices.

Accordingly, we in Saraya Al-Quds - Tulkarem Brigades, affirm the following:

First: This heroic battle, written by our brave fighters against this aggressive enemy, is our loyalty to our people and to our faithful people in Nour Shams camp, who give their precious and cheap in defense of the resistance.

Second: We in Saraya Al-Quds - Tulkarem Brigade challenge the security establishment to reveal the number of dead and wounded, and what happened to its soldiers in Al-Manshiya, Al-Katiba Square, and other fronts. We will not talk much, as the field bears witness.

Third: We confirm that our fighters are in the best conditions and their morale is high; what the enemy saw is a small part of what our fighters of Saraya Al-Quds have prepared and are preparing for this enemy. We confirm that any upcoming aggression will make the enemy rethink well and know that entering the camp will cost them very, very much.

Fourth: We confirm the failure of the enemy's aggressive operation, which aimed to kill and capture a number of our heroic fighters who were at the forefront of their work in this heroic battle.

Fifth: We renew our pledge to the leader of our blessed journey, the leader Ziyad Al-Nakhaleh, Abu Tariq, and to our people in the city of Tulkarem and its steadfast camp, Nour Shams camp of heroism and redemption, the camp of sacrifice and steadfastness, who are still, as we have always known them, the protective shield for our fighters and the safety valve for their fighting sons, who offer their blood cheaply to repel the aggression of this aggressive enemy.

Greetings to all our steadfast people in Al-Manshiya neighborhood for their steadfastness, sacrifices, and embrace of our fighters, and greetings to all our steadfast people in our city, the city of Tulkarem, and Nour Shams and Tulkarem camps.
