🚨 Iran's Navy took back its stolen oil tanker from the US.

At 3:30 GMT, a security incident was reported in the Gulf of Oman. In a special operation, the Iranian Navy boarded the St. Nikolas ship, previously named the Suez Rajan, as it headed from Iraq to Turkey with 145,000 tons of crude oil.

Last October, the US claimed that the Suez Rajan violated its sanctions by loading Iranian oil. To resolve the case, the ship was illegally seized by the US in April 2023, forfeited along with the Iranian oil loaded in it, to the US Department of Justice before it was renamed.

In August, at the call of US senators, the US Navy unloaded stolen oil from an Iranian ship without considering the consequences. It is far from the first time that the US has stolen oil, either from ships loading Iranian oil, or through its continuous theft of 80% of Syria's daily output.

This morning, the St. Nikolas was seized and transfered back to Iranian ports in light of escalating regional tensions, especially on the water.

We, in the the Palestinian factions affirm the following:

First: The Al-Aqsa Flood battle marked a strategic shift in the Palestinian cause, emerging as a natural response to the extreme plans of the zionist occupation government and the crimes of the settlers in the West Bank and Al-Quds. Resistance in all its forms is a legitimate right against the zionist occupation and its supporters until our people achieve freedom, independence, and self-determination.

Second: We reaffirm our united national stance that no agreement or [prisoner] exchange deals will occur without a comprehensive halt to the aggression against our Palestinian people.

Third: Managing the Palestinian affair and the affairs of the Gaza Strip is an internal Palestinian national matter. We will not allow the occupation and its supporters to interfere or impose guardianship over our people in any form.

Fourth: We announce our full support for the efforts made to aid our people and alleviate their suffering, expressing our readiness to cooperate and partner with relevant government entities to enhance the steadfastness of our people and protect the internal front from the malicious plans of the zionist occupation.

Fifth: We call on the sons of our proud people in the occupied West Bank, Al-Quds, the occupied interior, the refugee camps, and diaspora, as well as the people of our [Arab and Islamic] nations and free people everywhere, to resist, rise up, and mobilize against the zionist occupation and its partner, the American administration, their supporters, to disrupt their interests, cut relations with them, expel their ambassadors, and end normalization projects and the integration of the Nazi zionist entity in the region.

Sixth: We salute the free peoples of the world who have come out in support of Palestine and to stop the genocidal war in Gaza by the hands of the new Nazis. We also salute South Africa, who is leading the legal battle to prosecute the fascist occupation for its crimes against our people, and we also salute the brave resistance on all fronts.

Seventh: We appreciate the stance of our brothers in the Arab Republic of Egypt, rejecting the displacement projects and the occupation of the Egyptian-Palestinian border area. We call on President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to continue opening the Rafah border crossing under complete Arab sovereignty and to immediately allow aid and transfer of the wounded to save thousands of lives amid the Nazi zionist Holocaust against our people.

Eighth: We emphasize the need for our displaced people to return to their homes in the northern Gaza Strip governorates immediately and call on international and UN institutions, especially the United Nations, to take full responsibility and act immediately in the Gaza and North governorates.

In conclusion: All attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause have shattered against the rock of our people's steadfastness and the firmness and bravery of our resistance. The Palestinian blood shed across Palestine and places of Palestinian presence has no price but victory, freedom, return, self-determination, and the establishment of the Palestinian state with Al-Quds as its capital.
