- Given the extent of destruction, and the presence of thousands of bodies under the rubble of demolished buildings, and the limited capabilities of the Civil Defense in the Gaza Strip, we urge the countries of the world to expedite the sending of civil defense teams and specialized equipment for debris removal and recovery of the martyrs' bodies.

According to doctors who stayed in the hospital until the final moments of forced evacuation on November 10th, they were forced to leave the five infants, two of which are on incubators and three in intensive care. The occupation gave medical staff 30 minutes to evacuate amidst firing by tanks at the hospital, staff, and displaced.
The hospital director, Dr. Mustafa Al-Kahlot, noted that all appeals to international organizations, including the Red Cross, received no response.
When the hospital director informed the IOF officer of the condition of the infants, the officer responded that he would "take care of it," promising the director that the Red Cross would receive and transfer the children to Al-Rantisi Hospital, a responsibility that the Red Cross and IOF abandoned and failed in.

On the anniversary of the decision to partition Palestine:
- The world and the international organization participated in the injustice against our people when they granted our Palestinian people's land to invaders brought in from all over the world.
- The major powers, especially Britain, bear legal, moral, and humanitarian responsibility for the suffering of our people over eight decades after they stripped our people of their land and handed them over to be killed by zionist gangs.
- We affirm that all of Palestine belongs to the Arab Palestinian people, and there is no place for strangers on a single inch of it.
- We confirm that the crime initiated by the international organization and the major powers in Palestine is still ongoing, as the genocidal crimes carried out by the zionists with their support have revealed the ugly face of the West and its historical responsibility for the tragedy and suffering of our people.
- We confirm that resistance is our path, no matter how great the sacrifices and challenges, until the recovery of all the land and the restoration of all rights.

Efforts to extend the truce have not yet matured. What has been presented to us so far to extend the truce is not worthy of consideration.
If the occupation carries out any aggression, the resistance is ready, and if the calm continues, we will continue the calm.
What is being discussed now is stopping the aggression and lifting the siege on Gaza, and then we enter the discussion about the exchange of prisoners.
A ceasefire is not enough for us; the occupation's vehicles must withdraw from Gaza and stop its hostile activities.
There will be no talk about exchanging our military prisoners before stopping the aggression and lifting the siege on Gaza. There is no talk or negotiation about them now, and this is clear.
We have been keen since the beginning to release prisoners from all of Palestine, including those from the occupied lands of 1948.
If the occupation shows readiness to exchange elderly prisoners, we are ready for that, meaning an extension of the truce.
The Russian stance since the beginning of the aggression has been positive. The resistance released prisoners who were found to be Russian, in appreciation of the Russian position supportive of the Palestinian people.
It is natural for us to consider including fighters from around the world, such as the fighter Georges Ibrahim Abdallah, in the next exchange.
