⚔️ Popular Resistance Committees:

What our heroic Palestinian people in the steadfast Gaza Strip have been subjected to, a war of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and forced displacement, that shames humanity, requires urgent action and uprising against the criminal and fascist zionist behavior by the nations of our Ummah and all the free people in the world. This is especially true as the American administration and the Western system are in deep partnership with the zionist entity to continue committing crimes against our people after the end of this humanitarian truce imposed by the resistance through its legendary, epic, and unparalleled steadfastness of our people and our families in the steadfast Gaza Strip.

We call for the continuation of the appreciated efforts to relieve our people and provide humanitarian and medical aid, and we express our pride in the Qatari and Egyptian stance. We call for the implementation of the decision of the Arab and Islamic Summit in Riyadh to break the siege, open the Rafah crossing, and stop the aggression and the zionist holocaust committed by the zionist-American enemy against women, children, elderly, homes, schools, hospitals, mosques, and churches, and shelter centers.

We call on our Arab and Islamic masses and all the free people who reject the enemy's massacres and slaughter against our people in the Gaza Strip, and we salute all those who have raised their voices loudly against this genocide and zionist Holocaust.

We salute all the journalists and media personnel from our people, many of whom have died due to zionist criminality, and to the Arab and Islamic satellite channels and all media outlets supporting our people's cause, which played a significant role in exposing the zionist crimes against our people.

We record our pride and esteem for our resistance fighters and mujahideen in the Gaza Strip, who confronted with bravery, courage, and high sacrifice, thwarting all plans and objectives of the zionist enemy and its ground war, proving that our people and their resistance cannot be broken no matter how much the forces of evil conspire against them.

The youngest Palestinian child prisoner in the resistance exchange deal Ahmad Salayma is free.

Ahmad says he found out he was going to be liberated two hours ago.

"[On October 7th,] they closed all sections, we heard the women's voices when they were hit in the women's section in 'Damon' [prison], the repression unit was coming to us but they were prevented."

"They only gave us two meals a day, we slept hungry, and there were no means of communication."

His father says his son lost at least 10 kg while he was in the occupation's prisons.
⚫️ Palestinian Islamic Jihad:

Our people have presented a humane image that reflects the Palestinian commitment to Islamic religious values and ethics.

Our valiant resistance, particularly Al-Qassam Brigades and Saraya Al-Quds, is united, sharing common goals and hopes, and is engaged collectively in combat. They are engaged in the battlefield, shoulder to shoulder, committed to the Palestinian people's principles and interests.

The coordination and cohesion between Saraya Al-Quds and Al-Qassam Brigades is a model that the peoples of the nation and the free people of the world are proud of.
⚫️ Deputy Secretary-General of the Islamic Jihad Movement Mohammed Al-Hindi:

Saraya Al-Quds handed over the civilian detainees, including women and children.

We can accept an “all-for-all” equation regarding [exchanging] prisoners.

The enemy's choices are difficult regarding the hostages because he failed to recover them militarily.

If “israel” is ready to release all our prisoners, we are ready.

“Israel’s” tone of preparing for war is [a tactic] to influence the course of negotiations.

The performance of the resistance and the steadfastness of our people is what will decide the fate of the battle.

“Israel” may be forced to end the aggression in light of its increasing losses.

We are ready for any escalation because the enemy does not limit its evil.

Liberated prisoner and Birzeit University student Ruba Assi has been abducted by the IOF several times for her student activism, having recently served 21 months until she was freed in March of last year until she was re-arrested after October 7th and placed under administrative detention without charge or trial.

Today, she is freed from the zionist prisons again as a result of the resistance's prisoner exchange deal.

Today, Ruba declares, "We renew our faith in the Palestinian resistance in all places of their presence. This present freedom will extend to the complete freedom for Palestine and its people." She describes the 24/7 repression in the prisons and the constant steadfastness of the prisoners.

"There is hope in the inevitability of victory, hope of freedom, not just for the prisoners, but for all Palestinian people and for all Palestinian lands."

"All the sacrifices that passed by the bodies of the martyrs will not go to waste. The occupation will go to waste, and it deserves it."

"We have complete faith in the inevitability of victory: today, tomorrow, or after it. We are all walking on this path, because we have faith in the resistance. We either live in dignity or die. It is better to die than live humiliated."

"All the Palestinian people are just waiting for the signal from the resistance."

Ruba reiterates what many liberated prisoners have been saying: prisoners are prevented from receiving news, or seeing their family or lawyers; the prison administration would lie to them before they were released. The prisoners would sleep without mattresses and were beaten daily. Yet, Ruba reiterates that the prisoners' confrontation with the jailer is constant.

"It is either us or them. Our life with them is impossible. We were not asking for just better prison conditions. We want freedom!"
Liberated prisoner Ruba Assi:

We know that all of these sacrifices will not go in vain. These sacrifices will not stop because of a truce or aid.

When the resistance demands something, it encompasses everything. They think of all of the Palestinian people. They don't just think about the Gaza Strip and how to improve the living conditions there. They think about how to liberate Palestine from the river to the sea.

The conditions of imprisonment are very difficult. The achievements of the prisoners, baptized in blood after long years of struggle, were taken away from them.

From the first moments of the war, we had no food for long periods of time. We would sleep on the ground without mattresses. We were subjected to naked searches, beatings by the jailers for all female prisoners, and deprivation of food and water and all the necessities of life. We would sleep hungry.

We do not strive for better prison conditions. We strive for freedom.
