🚨 The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission stated that 14 prisoners held in the so-called "Ramla Prison Clinic" are in critical health conditions and need medical interventions to save their lives.

The Commission explained that the medical conditions in the "Ramla Prison" clinic are the most severe in prisons, including injuries by bullets, paraplegics, chronic disease sufferers, and those with malignant tumors for years.
All are detained under harsh conditions, in addition to continuous medical violations, making them prey to diseases.

The Commission emphasized that the prison administration of the occupation continues to violate the rights of prisoners, especially the sick, deliberately neglecting their difficult health conditions and refraining from providing the necessary treatment, which has led to a worsening of their health.

The prisoners held in the "Ramla Prison Clinic" are: Mansour Moqada, Mu'tasim Raddad, Iyad Radwan, Samer Abu Diak, Noor Jarbou, Asif Rifai, Walid Daqqah, Bashar Za'arour, Ali Abu Keshk, Asid Saleh, Mustafa Waqed, Abu Zaid Radaida, Mohammed Taqatqa, and Ra'fat Fanouna.

It should be noted that the occupation authorities detain more than 800 sick prisoners in their prisons, among them about 250 prisoners suffering from chronic diseases, including 24 prisoners suffering from cancer and tumors of varying degrees. The case of the prisoner Asif Al-Rifai is considered the most difficult and severe.

Martyrs of the prisoner movement after October 7 in the "israeli" occupation prisons are:

• Martyr prisoner Omar Daraghmeh (58 years old) from Tubas, martyred on 23/10/2023 just hours after a court session in (Megiddo) prison. He was arrested on October 9 2023, and was transferred to administrative detention.

• Martyr prisoner Arafat Hamdan (25 years old) from Ramallah, martyred on 24/10/2023, in "Ofer" prison. He was arrested on October 22, 2023, i.e., he was martyred two days after his arrest.

• Martyr prisoner Majed Zaqoul (32 years old) from Gaza was announced martyred on 6/11/2023. This announcement came after a period since his martyrdom in "Ofer" prison. He was one of the workers arrested after October 7.

• The fourth martyr in the occupation prisons has not been identified yet; he is one of the workers from Gaza, as announced by the occupation, and he was martyred in "Antoot" [IOF] camp.

• Martyr prisoner Abdulrahman Mer'i (33 years old) from Salfit, martyred on 13/11/2023 in "Megiddo" prison. His martyrdom was announced the following day. He was arrested on February 25, 2023.

• Martyr prisoner Thaer Abu Asab (38 years old) from Qalqilya, martyred on 18/11/2023. His martyrdom was announced after he was transferred from Naqab prison to "Soroka" hospital. He is the only martyr after October 7 among the sentenced prisoners, detained since 2005, serving a 25-year sentence.

The number of martyrs among the prisoners in the occupation prisons, for this time period, is unprecedented. We affirm that what happened to the six martyrs was a premeditated assassination. We warn again of the occupation's continued targeting of Palestinian prisoners, which may lead to more martyrs inside the occupation's prisons.

🚨 Intense armed clashes are taking place between the Palestinian resistance and IOF in Tal Al-Zaatar, Jabalia, and Beit Lahia in the northern #Gaza Strip.

🚨 The Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Commission released a report today, Sunday 19/11/2023, regarding the escalating punitive measures imposed by the prison administration on prisoners since the beginning of the war on the Gaza Strip on 07/10/2023, as part of the policy of collective punishment that the "israeli" occupation practices against our Palestinian people.

This report presents a series of punishments and restrictions imposed on prisoners in prisons, which are as follows:

1. Windows in the rooms remain open 24 hours a day, where there is severe cold, especially at night. Blankets and clothes have been withdrawn from the prisoners.

2. Doctors have not visited the sections for more than 40 days, despite there being critical and chronic cases that require constant follow-up. Medication has been stopped for 70% of the patients, and they are only given limited amounts of painkillers.

3. The food is very poor, undercooked, and has a bad smell and taste. The portions are small and insufficient.

4. Prisoners are not allowed to go out to the prison yard.

5. All electrical appliances, personal belongings, clothes, blankets, and pillows have been confiscated.

6. Electricity is cut daily from 6 PM to 6 AM.

7. The rooms are very overcrowded, with some prisoners sleeping on the floor.

8. The most difficult aspect is the repeated assaults on prisoners in their rooms for minor reasons or even without any reason, and the frequent raids by inspection and suppression units in a brutal and barbaric manner.

9. Deprivation of canteen access.

10. Prohibition of visits from lawyers and family members.

11. Prisoners are not allowed to drink bottled water and are forced to fill water from the bathroom tap.

12. Prisoners are not allowed to have clothes, except for one set of outerwear and one set of underwear. If the clothes get dirty, they have to wash them and wait for them to dry before wearing them again.
