The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine calls on the Arab-Islamic Summit to make decisive and bold decisions to stop the aggression on the Gaza Strip.
The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine confirmed that the joint Arab-Islamic Summit, held today in Saudi Arabia, is required to make decisive decisions to stop the genocidal crimes committed by the zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip in partnership with the U.S. administration and the Western system, away from simple statements of condemnation, denunciation, and protest. This also includes the need to prepare a comprehensive action plan for the future of the region, away from suspicious American projects or normalizing relations with the zionist entity.
The Front considered that what is required of the summit is to adopt clear and effective positions to stop the ongoing zionist aggression on the Strip for the 36th consecutive day, as well as what is happening in the West Bank and Al-Quds. It calls for bold decisions to break the siege imposed on the Strip, open crossings, and continuously introduce humanitarian aid, fuel, medicine, and food in defiance of the occupation and breaking its conditions. It views the Rafah crossing as an exclusively Arab-Palestinian crossing and proposes leveraging the resources of the Arab and Islamic nations, including oil and gas, to stop this around-the-clock war. It emphasizes that the solution to the crisis of the zionists held by the resistance is linked to a comprehensive exchange deal through which all our brave female and male prisoners in the occupation jails are freed, and establishing a fund for the reconstruction of the Strip under Arab supervision, away from the conditions or intervention of the zionists, U.S. administration, and the West.
The Front also emphasized the need to support the full rights of the Palestinian people, away from half-solutions or the so-called two-state solution or the Arab initiative, based on a comprehensive solution according to the fair international legitimacy resolutions for our people, ending the occupation and giving our people their right to return, freedom, self-determination, and establishing their independent and fully sovereign state with Al-Quds as its capital. It emphasizes the legitimacy of our people's resistance and condemns any attempts to describe it as terrorism in clear language. It highlights the need to abandon weak and frail positions, calling on all systems that have relations with the zionist entity to immediately sever these relations, expel zionist ambassadors from Arab and Islamic countries, and cancel all joint security and economic agreements. It promotes and supports boycott campaigns against the occupation at all levels with a binding decision for all attendees.
The Front calls on the summit to make decisions that curb American interventions and crimes in the region, reject any plans for the displacement of our people, and refuse to engage with or accept any projects targeting the liquidation of the Palestinian issue.
It also calls for the rejection of any attempts to accept or align with zionist or Western ideas or post-war Gaza illusions, stressing that the future of the Strip is drawn by the Palestinian people, and rejecting any attempts to bring international or Arab forces into the Strip, affirming that our people will treat these forces as an occupying power.
The Front concludes its statement by affirming that the victory of our people and our resistance in this battle constitutes an important victory for the Arab and Islamic states and all the free people of the world.
