We denounce the ferocious and frenzied arrest campaign launched by the occupation forces last night and in the early hours of this morning against the Palestinian people in the various governorates of the country.
The commission said: "The arrest campaign launched by the occupation authorities affected approximately 60 citizens who were arrested during a raid on cities, villages, camps, where the prisoners were subject to assault, (by beating or rifle butts), tear gas, sound bombs, as well as rubber and live ammunition."
The cases of abductions in the West Bank and Al-Quds since the beginning of Al-Aqsa Flood Battle on October 7, 2023, have exceeded 500, in addition to dozens of abductions in southern governorates, (no confirmed numbers due to the occupation's blackout and prevention of lawyers from reaching the detainees).
The commission confirmed that the barbaric abduction campaign carried out by the occupation authorities against the Palestinian people are part of the policy of collective punishment and warns against the continuation of this policy, which is implemented to coverup its security and political failures.
