We call for the formation of popular defense committees in all areas of the West Bank to repel settler attacks.

The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) calls on the masses of our people in the West Bank, our national institutions, activists, and free revolutionaries to form popular defense committees in all cities and villages to repel attacks by settlers who threaten to escalate against innocent civilians, homes, and citizens’ property.

It is the duty of the moment for the Palestinian masses to rise up and defend villages, cities and homes, to put an end to the crimes of mischief, provocation and bloodshed led by settler militias, and to participate actively in the battle of the Al-Aqsa flood, each in his position and by the possible and available means.
