The fighters of the Lions' Den, in a sacred security coordination with the lions of the Balata Battalion and the companions of Al-Farouq, carried out a legendary battle on Wednesday night, as the occupation forces entered the area surrounding Joseph's Tomb.
Here, we would like to explain to our people the goal of this incursion, which cost the enemy effort and equipment to invade an Arab country. A collection of sniper teams, special units, mustaribeen (plainclothes soldiers who blend in by speaking Arabic), and highly fortified mechanized forces, all of this was deployed to transfer the leaders of the zionist government to take a picture in the Tomb so that the enemy might appear strong before their people. But the real goal of the raid was to deliver a message of dissuasion by the army leaders to the right-wing leaders not to pressure us, and to convince the settlers not to pressure us with the issue of prayer in the Tomb. They entered and left under showers of bullets, and indeed one of their leaders commented when he arrived at the Tomb: “We arrived under showers of bullets and bombs, the terrorists do not know that we came from Europe in this way and under showers of bullets”.
