🚨 In the last two days, the cowardly occupation has taken repressive measures against Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons.
These measures include:
- Closing sections in all prisons.
- Confiscating the limited available television sets for the prisoners.
- Increasing the use of jamming devices.
- Suspending visits from prisoners' families.
- Informing lawyers of the cancellation of scheduled visits.
- Canceling all court sessions for a week.
- Extending the detention period for prisoners from 96 hours to 8 days and prohibited lawyer visits for the first four days.
- Electricity and water are periodically cut off in some prisons.
- Some prison administrations have stopped transferring sick prisoners to clinics inside the prisons.
The Supreme National Committee for the prisoner’s movement affirmed “the high confidence of the prisoners in the Palestinian resistance, which will remain a steadfast barrier against the enemy.”
The Committee added: “The prisoners will not accept that their cause be used as a pressure card against their people and their resistance."
