In addition to the Jenin, Tulkarem, Jaba', Tubas, Aqabat Jaber, Qabatiya, and Nablus Brigades, PIJ announced the Al-Quds Brigade, Ramallah Brigade, Al-Khalil Brigade, and Bethlehem Brigade, in addition to Brigades in the Syrian and Lebanese fields.

The Harbingers of Victory:

Peace be upon the souls of the martyrs, all of our nation's martyrs, and peace be upon the wounded who bear the badges of their constant presence in our lives and our struggle, and peace be upon our brave captives who still hold onto the path of our Jihad with their hands, hearts, and the twinkle of their eyes.

We have come to commemorate the launch of our blessed movement under the name "Martyrs are the Harbingers of Victory," coinciding with major and significant events, notably the birth anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad. He is our guide in life, in faith, in strength and perseverance, in struggle, generosity, and victory.

Our presence, our fighters, and our martyrs in the Al-Aqsa Intifada were distinctive and influential. From the first martyrdom operation in it, passing by the Alley of Death operation, major martyrdom operations, to the 2002 Battle of Jenin, always present.

We celebrate the anniversary of our inception, invoking all these occasions to honor the martyrs of our nation along its journey towards Al-Quds and Palestine. And to honor the martyrs of our movement, whose images we now raise high in pride and honor.

Those who missed this occasion have lost the joy of their martyr brothers. It is our duty towards our martyr brothers to preserve their names, remember their heroics and deeds, and keep their memory alive as a beacon for us in our journey towards Al-Quds.

Our movement and our great nation, which celebrates the martyrs, on this blessed day of the Islamic Jihad Movement, affirm, despite everything we see around us, that the martyrs are alive in our lives, hearts, and journey. We will continue their path, no matter the sacrifices, and they will remain a harbinger of our victory.

Those who were born here, on the land of Palestine, must know by heart, without hesitation, that we carry a timeless message for all eternity, and we will not leave our land and our sanctuaries. We will face the murderous invaders, and we will not let them kill us without fighting, or oppress us and live with our heads down, under any justification or cowardly realism.

On the anniversary of the launch of our movement, we emphasize that our resistance continues, and the Jihad movement, born from the spirit of Islam, remains steadfast in its journey, never compromising nor succumbing to illusions.

Today, the movement celebrates with its leaders, cadres, fighters, its popular cradle, and the Palestinian people in every arena, overshadowed by the souls of the martyrs throughout Palestinian history, and since the inception of the zionist invasion of Palestine.

We stand with great reverence and appreciation before the martyrs of the Shuja'iyya battle, the heroes of the great escape operation from the central Gaza prison, who began this blessed journey with their jihad and martyrdom, marking the commencement of our movement's significant presence in the first Intifada of 1987.

I stand in gratitude and conclude with the martyred leaders, the moons of jihad: Dr. Fathi, Dr. Ramadan, and the brave martyr Khader Adnan.

The Struggle for Liberation Against Zionism and Defeatism Continues:
Peace be upon our great nation, which gives unstintingly for the day when Palestine will be free and Al-Quds will be its capital.

Today, we have come to affirm our choice, which will not change or retreat, for freedom and the expulsion of the zionist enemy from our land.

The biography of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, represents the eternal conflict of truth against falsehood. It represents the ultimate model for us in our struggle against the zionist project, and we derive guidance from it in our journey and jihad.

Our oppressed people are still fighting and have not surrendered, even if some of the weak among us have.

Our battle continues, and our people want their freedom. The resistance forces must meet the challenge, and the aspirations of our people, not just meet at the level of Secretaries-General to fill the void of time, issuing decrees that fundamentally contradict the aspirations of our Palestinian people.

We believe that our mandatory unity is based on confronting the occupation and not accepting it. This is through a cohesive national program that knows neither compromise nor flattery, and it knows no contradiction, not internally, not with its bearers' slogans, nor with their private and public practices.

We must leave despair and illusions behind and cling to hope and the certainty that victory is the ally of resisting nations, not the ally of the surrendered peoples and their delusional leaderships.

The struggle has not disappeared and will not end on this sacred geography. The enemies are plotting and killing us whenever they feel it's necessary to control our land. So, why don't we fight and die in our way, as long as death is inevitable? Let's fight to win, for only those who fight will triumph.

Whoever does not fight on this land is already killed, by the humiliation and endless subordination. This entity, built upon our expulsion and our remains, will not cease its arrogance and haughtiness and will turn us into slaves, building its houses and settlements on the land stolen from us.

Victories and Resistance Operations:
The Al-Aqsa Intifada of 2000 and its martyrs, with their major and distinguished operations culminating in the grand Battle of Jenin of 2002, saw our movement, with its fighters and martyrs, as the most prominent and significant front, alongside our people's forces and fighters.

Gaza is present with its resistance and martyrs, having forced the enemy to withdraw and dismantle the settlements. With its resistance, Gaza has entered into the deterrence equations with the Zionist enemy, fought major wars, and offered thousands of martyrs from our people and its heroic resistors.

Our movement also stands firmly, shoulder to shoulder, with all resistance forces, moving from one battle to another; from the battle of Scream of Dawn and its martyrs, to the Saif Al-Quds battle which marked a turning point in the resistance journey, and in our people's journey.

The Freedom Tunnel operation, in which the knights of jihad excelled, had a profound and bitter impact on the zionist security system, which led to the formation of the victorious Saraya Al-Quds brigades across the West Bank.

In the Unity of the Fields battle of 2022, our movement stood firm, fought, and bid farewell to some of its greatest martyrs.

The Revenge of the Free battle, one of the most important battles waged by our movement, spanned five consecutive days with the enemy's cities and settlements under the aim of Saraya Al-Quds' rockets.

Jenin remained with its people and its brigade, which fought a major Battle, the Fury of Jenin, defending the camp and repelling the enemy.

Our movement's brigades are still present, fighting and defending the Palestinian people across the West Bank; from the Tulkarem Brigade that resisted a major assault on its camp, to the Nablus Brigade, and the Tubas Brigade which never ceased its commitment to jihad and resistance, to the Jaba' and Qabatiya and Aqabat Jaber Brigades.

The West Bank, with its fighting brigades and heroic people, represents the spearhead in the project of resistance and its continuity.

The resistance, in all its might in the Gaza Strip, will remain a genuine support for our people, an integral part of its resistance, and an extension of the valiant resistance in the West Bank and its fighting brigades.

We emerged from the Revenge of the Free with our heads held high, stronger, and more resolute, with our weapons in our hands. The grand military parade organized by Saraya Al-Quds the day before yesterday is the biggest testament to that.

Critique of Zionism, Normalization, and Supporters:

Bias in favor of the zionist enemy has persisted since the establishment of this entity on Palestinian soil. The metric of power and its possession still dictates global policies. America and its allies continue to support and stand by the enemy in all fields, based on their perception of us at all levels.

"Israel" kills us with American weapons, and the so-called [PA] Security Forces pursue and detain us based on American-"israeli" decisions. Recently, the "israeli" presence has become prominent, following so-called peace agreements and the wave of normalization, in many Arab security institutions.

We will continue to pay the price from our homelands and the blood of our peoples if we ignore these facts or turn a blind eye to them. I say this so that we understand and recognize the nature and scale of our battle, and the magnitude of our duties and responsibilities.

What the Arab regimes are doing, surrendering to the zionist project under the guise of realism, is siding with the enemy against our people and its brave resistors. We should not hesitate to call things by their names.

Those who rush to normalize relations with the zionist project must know, and they do know, that this is their claim that Palestine is not ours, and that Al-Quds with its mosque is not ours.

Today, more than ever, we affirm that we are not only against normalization, but against this entire path that began with the Camp David Accords, followed by the Wadi Araba Agreement, the Oslo Agreement, and the decisions of the Arab summit that introduced what is called the Arab Peace Initiative.

Reflection on Palestinian and Arab Nations, Leadership, and Historical Agreements:

The Palestinian Authority model, and its Security Forces supervised by American generals in terms of training, preparation, budgeting, and arming, is just a small example of what is happening in our Arab region.

Our nation, with its deep-rooted faith, history, and geography, has everything it needs to stand firm and compete. Yet it collapses before the zionist project in a tragic scene rarely seen in history.

Let them turn their countries into amusement parks and playgrounds as they wish. That's their peoples' problem. But we have the right to scream in their faces while they ignore our blood and our martyrs all the time.

Thirty years have passed, and we are still stuck in the same place, still differing in our description of the PLO and its role. Those who lead the PLO and others still believe that the puppet is the real child.

People see the facts daily, but the lies, nonsense, and illusionary decisions remain.

Strength, Unity, and Commitment to Resistance and Allies:

Only the fighters and martyrs can stop this farce and what is happening.

Despite losing some of our dearest brothers in the Saraya leadership, we emerged from this battle with our heads held high, stronger, more determined, and with our weapon in our hands.

We stress the importance of caring for the popular cradle of resistance in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, appreciating their steadfastness and sacrifices.

The cause of the prisoners and their freedom must remain a daily concern for the resistance forces until their liberation.

The unity of resistance forces in the region is paramount in confronting the zionist project, and at the forefront are the Islamic Republic of Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah.

We affirm that we, along with our brothers in Hamas and the resistance forces in Palestine, will remain united, striving to achieve our people's goals of freedom and liberation.

⚫ Saraya Al-Quds - Jenin Brigade reveals a number of new and qualitative weapons in their possession, including a MAG machine gun, at a military march as part of the Martyrs are the Harbingers of Victory commemorating the 36th anniversary of PIJ.

The march included over 150 fighters of the Jenin Brigade.

Resistance fighters opened fire on the settlement of "Elon Moreh" near #Nablus and targeted IOF watchtowers in #Qalqilya and #AlKhalil with Molotov cocktails. Earlier, resistant youth burned an IOF tower in Huwara, #Nablus as well.
