Ayed is pictured here with the martyr Saif Abu Libdeh, the founder of Saraya Al-Quds - Tulkarem Brigade, for whom the highly explosive Saif-1 is named after.

A martyr, a prisoner, and wounded: the Turkman operation.

Today marks the one year anniversary of the heroic Jordan Valley operation of September 2022 that targeted a bus of IOF soldiers, injuring seven of them.

Maher Turkman, his son Mohammed, and his nephew Mohammed Walid carefully planned a daring operation, travelling from Jenin to Areeha to execute it.

Maher used his car to stop the bus on Route 90, giving the signal to his son and nephew to start pumping fuel on the bus in order to burn it while opening fire on it. During the operation, the two Mohammeds were severely burned, but were able to wound seven zionist soldiers in the process.

The Mohammeds were abducted by zionist forces, and Mohammed Maher ascended to martyrdom six days later as a result of his casualties. 90% of his body was burned, and his arm was amputated; the martyr's body was returned in June of this year. Mohammed Walid stayed in a coma for two months and suffers from medical neglect in zionist prisons.

As for Maher, he was able to evade capture for nine months, earning him the nickname "the sheikh of the wanted." He was arrested on May 25th of this year. In this time, his family was subjected to repression and he continued to make appearances in Jenin at the funerals of martyrs.

Glory to the heroic family that broke the illusion of security. #FreeThemAll
