This morning, the occupation forces attempted to raid the city with the intention of reaching a number of fighters inside a home.
With the help and guidance of Allah, the righteous soldiers of the Brigade successfully targeted the occupation forces and their vehicles with intense and consecutive barrages of bullets directly.
Our fighters engaged in extensive clashes on various fronts (Turkish Hospital vicinity, Al-Ahrash, Aqaba Street).
Furthermore, the engineering unit in the Brigade managed to target the occupation vehicles with several explosive devices on multiple axes, inflicting direct damage to the vehicles.
By the grace and empowerment of Allah, after the occupation forces showcased their power and targeted the besieged home with shells and rockets, our fighters managed to reach the vicinity of the besieged home and engage in fierce clashes.
Our fighters provided heavy covering fire to lift the siege on our brothers fighters inside the home and allowed them to safely withdraw.
We, in Saraya Al-Quds - Tubas Brigade, in the light of this new heroism and legendary epic written by our fighters, affirm the following:
Firstly: We seek reward from Allah the Almighty for the martyrdom of Tubas, Abdulrahim Fayez Ghannam, who attained martyrdom on the path of Al-Quds.
Secondly: In the face of our fighters' bravery in the field, the enemy resorted to targeting civilians from the beginning, as is its custom to fabricate a false victory that will eventually lead to its own failure, following the recent failures it experienced in its operations in various cities of the West Bank, with Nablus being the latest example. As we reach the end of August, we commemorate the martyrdom of Naji Al-Ali, who ascended at age 48 on the 29th of this month, most fitting for a Palestinian icon.
One could say that Naji was martyred because he was bold, defiant, and courageous. All of that is true, for he unapologetically spoke the truth. However, what scared the enemy the most about Naji was how he proved that art and ideas can hurt just as much as weapons and perhaps even more.
What we understand through Naji is that to achieve liberation, every one of us has a duty to rise and resist.
Naji was an artist, but he didn't just draw.
Ghassan Kanafani was a writer, but he didn't just write.
Nizar Banat was an intellectual, but he didn't just educate.
We resist, perhaps in teaching, perhaps in learning, drawing, reading or writing.

Naji was discovered by Ghassan Kanafani in Ain Al-Hilweh, both artists with a shared vision of cultural and armed resistance. While those who carry the rifle carry the biggest burden, we must echo the sound of their bullets into the real world, in all what we do, to transform into real action.

Sometimes they tell you Amal movement, Abu Nidal's people, Abu Musa's people etc.. We don't care.
