Five political prisoners continue waging hunger strikes in the prisons of the traitorous Palestinian Authority.

The number of political prisoners—resistance fighters, freed prisoners, students, activists—kidnapped by the Palestinian Authority has skyrocketed to 62 in recent weeks.

- The freed prisoner Khalil Al-Sheikh of Marah Rabah, #Bethlehem continues his hunger strike for the seventh consecutive day after his arbitrary detention was extended. It is notable that he was kidnapped by the Palestinian Authority just one day after his release from zionist prisons, as part of the "revolving door" policy employed by the enemies of liberation.

- The freed prisoner Dawood Al-Haroub, father of two prisoners, has been kidnapped for 39 days and has had his detention extended. He is on the sixth day of his hunger strike despite his serious health condition and repeated transfer to hospitals.

- Freed prisoner Yaqoub Hussein from Jalazone camp in #Ramallah is on his 15th day of hunger strike after his brutal abduction by the PA and has been subjected to torture.

- Resistance fighters Murad Malaysha of the Jaba' Brigade and Mohammed Brahma are held in the infamous Areeha slaughterhouse for the 56th consecutive day despite court orders to release them. They have both begun renewed hunger strikes, with Murad Malaysha being on strike for 30 days, and Mohammed Brahma on his eighth day of hunger strike after he ended his previous hunger strike after 18 days following false promises.

Further, the Palestinian Authority continues to detain a number of PIJ members, including but not limited to, Eid Hamamra, Muhammad Al-Alawna, Muhammad Malaysha, Mu'min Fashafsha, Imad Khalilia, and Ahmed Nuwaisra, who have been held for 44 days. Weeks after he was freed from zionist prisons, the PA abducted freed prisoner Nasr Mabrouka, brother of martyr Adham Mabrouka, and he has been held for 13 days. Despite a judicial decision for his release, the PA also holds Lions' Den fighter Musab Shtayyeh for 343 consecutive days. #FreeThemAll

"No, no to normalization! The Libyan people will not sell out."

Libyans protest angrily, burning zionist flags, after news surfaces of the Libyan Foreign Minister's unauthorized meeting with the zionist foreign minister Eli Cohen.

The meeting has been condemned by Palestinian factions, including PIJ and PFLP, and the Libyan Foreign Minister was referred to investigation by the Prime Minister.

Today marks the 22nd anniversary of the eternal and revolutionary leader, comrade martyr Abu Ali Mustafa, the Secretary-General of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine for whom the PFLP's armed wing is named after.

Abu Ali, upon his return to Palestine in 1999 after 32 years in exile stated, "We have returned to resist; on the thawabet, we do not compromise," after having established the PFLP with George Habash. Shortly after, Yasser Arafat met with Bill Clinton to redefine the fundamental Palestinian principles, the thawabet, increasing security coordination with the zionist enemy and conceding Palestinian land.

The betrayal of Oslo and the continued collaboration between the PA, the zionists, and imperialist forces demanded the urgent presence of Abu Ali Mustafa to lead and represent the millions of Palestinians who rejected the PA’s normalization. The masses rejected the acceptance of USAID to buy them off, security coordination with the enemy, and land concessions. He returned to invoke the popular NO of the masses. Abu Ali once stated, "The Palestinian Authority and the occupation cooperate in striking the Palestinian armed struggle."

Abu Ali oversaw some of the PFLP's most effective operations during his leadership, despite his short tenure during the second intifada.

On this day in 2001, two missiles were fired from an IOF Apache helicopter towards his office. The above video links one of Abu Ali's most famous speeches with the poem "Launch" by Basil Bazrawi, dedicated to the PFLP.

"No one can buy us off, for the enemy is an enemy that has attacked us, attacked humanity, and attacked humankind."
"As long as the occupation exists on our land, resistance will remain a legitimate right."

We encourage you to read Samidoun Network's biography of Abu Ali Mustafa here.

Abu Ali Mustafa was succeeded as the PFLP's Secretary-General by imprisoned comrade Ahmed Sa'adat, who did not delay in getting revenge. On the day of Abu Ali's assassination, the Red Eagles Brigades assassinated Meir Lixenberg, who oversaw a number of West Bank settlements.

Ahmed Sa'adat sought to avenge his comrade who had ascended: "An eye for an eye. A tooth for a tooth. A head for a head." Nothing less could avenge.

Sa'adat delivered these historic words in his first speech, renaming the Red Eagles Brigades in Abu Ali's honor, and redefining the PFLP's motto, vowing revenge. Days later on October 17th, PFLP commandos assassinated zionist minister Rehavam Ze'evi to avenge Abu Ali Mustafa.

Heroes Majdi Al-Rimawi, Hamdi Qaraan, and Basil Al-Asmar booked themselves into the Hyatt Regency in Al-Quds with fake passports to prepare for the day of glory. Equipped with silencers, Hamdi spotted Ze'evi, grabbing his attention with a nonchalant "hey." Ze'evi turned around, and three silent bullets pierced the minister's skull.

For this speech and the ensuing operation, Ahmed Sa'adat, the heroes of the operation, and Abu Ali Mustafa Brigades commander-in-chief Ahed Abu Ghulma were kidnapped by the Palestinian Authority in January 2002, kept in the infamous Areeha prison under the auspices of Jibril Rajoub and Tawfiq Tirawi (additional link). Guarded by American, Canadian, and British guards, the PA handed Sa'adat over to the zionist entity in March 2002. Today, Sa'adat leads the PFLP from "Ramon" prison, where he and PFLP leadership continue to face abuse at the hands of the zionists.
Yasser Arafat's "V for Victory" sign hides the reality of submission, surrender, and capitulation.

Sycophantic Palestinian operatives and Arab elite rulers who claim undying loyalty to "Yes Sir" Arafat are in fact submitting to the zionist entity. #NajisAugust
