As we stand today in tribute to a blessed group of our righteous martyrs who ascended so we could live, and who offered their lives in defense of their land and their people during the heroic Fury of Jenin battle. During this battle, the Jenin Brigade and the resistance forces carried out numerous qualitative and strategic strikes, resulting in enemy deaths, injuries, and the destruction of the enemy's vehicles. This made the enemy leave defeated, humiliated, and broken at the doorstep of the camp after more than 40 continuous hours of combat, confrontation, resistance, and significant sacrifices made by the sons of Jenin against zionist aggression.

In this blessed gathering, and in faithfulness to the blood of the martyrs and their sacrifices, and in appreciation of the steadfastness and combat of the fighters, we, in Saraya Al-Quds - Jenin Brigade, affirm the following:
First: The heroic battle of Fury of Jenin has established clear deterrence equations against the zionist enemy. Any entry into Jenin's land will cost them dearly, significantly affecting their soldiers, machinery, and even their aircraft.
Second: We warn the zionist enemy against any attempt to launch an aggression or attack on Jenin camp. We affirm that we are always ready to repel the aggression and defeat you, Allah willing. Our land and skies are forbidden to you, and our weapons are ready to defend our people, our land, and our camp.
Third: We send a salute and loyalty to the great leaders who have offered their lives for the resistance project: the great leader Hajj Ziad Al-Nakhaleh Abu Tariq, and the commander Abu Muhammad Al-Ajouri; all salutations from your children and grandchildren in Jenin.
Fourth: We will never allow anyone, no matter who, to take the weapon of the resistance from us or to change its direction or compass. Our weapons will remain extended across our widespread brigades aimed at the enemy's chest.
