The arrests and the dual targeting policy against resistance leaders and cadres in the West Bank will not deter us from continuing the confrontation and resistance against the enemy.

The enforced disappearance of resistance leaders and symbols in the West Bank is a policy that will not achieve its goals, as the youth and men of the resistance are determined to pursue their path despite all challenges and sacrifices.

We hold the occupation responsible for the life of the Mujahid Sheikh Khaled Abu Zineh "Abu Saleh", and the two brothers who were arrested with him from the town of Burqin, engineer Sultan Khalouf, and Hilal Khalouf.

Administrative detainees held without charge or trial in the colonial "Ofer" prison have begun taking preliminary protest steps leading up to a broader program to confront the administrative detention policy. This includes refusing some meals and obstructing daily security checks. The disobedience plan was approved by all factions.

Since last year, 60 administrative detainees have been engaged in a comprehensive boycott of all zionist judicial procedures related to administrative detention.

This comes following the postponement last month of the mass hunger strike organized by administrative detainees, the Revolution of Freedom - Intifada of Administrative Detainees, and weeks after similar escalatory steps were taken at Al-Naqab and Ofer prisons. The hunger strike was postponed to allow room for dialogue in order for the detainees to achieve their demands, but the prisoners reaffirmed their readiness to undertake the step if necessary.

We strongly condemn the assault by the Authority’s Security Forces on the students and journalists at Al-Khalil University, and we demand an end to these violations against activists and public freedoms.

We strongly condemn the ongoing assault by the Palestinian Authority Security Forces since yesterday on male and female students at Al-Khalil University, as well as their attack today on journalists in front of the university. The continuation of these heinous and unpatriotic practices against male and female students, including beating, arresting, torturing, and restricting their activities, constitutes a blatant violation of public freedoms and poses a threat to civil peace at a time when we are in dire need of strengthening our national unity and supporting the student movement, which has been and continues to be one of the main fortresses in confronting the occupation and its settlers who undermine the security of our people in the entire occupied West Bank.

We call on the presidency of the Authority to assume its responsibility in preventing these reprehensible practices and violations against our students and their right to freedom and public national work. We also invite all factions, forces, and human rights organizations to work on curbing these violations by exerting pressure on the executive branch of the Authority and its Security Forces, in order to prevent the poisoning of the national atmosphere, especially after the meeting of the Secretaries General in Cairo, which is supposed to be a reason for unifying the national front against the fascist occupation that has not stopped for a moment from killing, arresting, and assaulting our land and our Islamic and Christian sanctities.

Five Palestinian prisoners continue their open-ended hunger strike in the occupation prisons:

- Itaf Jeradat and Fatima Shaheen are on their 12th day of the strike in rejection of their repeated transfers to the women's criminal prison. Prisoner Fatima Shaheen is a wounded prisoner who was paralyzed after being shot by IOF bullets under the pretext that she attempted a stabbing operation. She is mother to a four-year-old child.

- Leader Zakaria Zubeidi, Iyad Radwan, and Samer Abu Dayyak are on their 12th day of the strike in solidarity with the striking female prisoners.
