In a failed attempt to polish their image, PA security services “prevented” a few vehicles of the occupation forces from storming Jenin moments ago.
These security forces were nowhere to be seen during the countless invasions that occurred in the past weeks, but they did violently repress protests, shooting and injuring residents including a child, abducted resistance fighters on their way to repel the IOF, and they miraculously reappeared now with the expected visit of PA President Abbas today.

In a black comedy show in which most of the actors were Palestinian Authoriy Security Forces from outside Jenin camp in military uniform or civilian clothes, PA President Mahmoud Abbas delivered his speech today in Jenin, as the residents of the camp nearly drown him out with their chants for the Jenin Brigade.
Abbas shamelessly claimed, “The hand that stretches out for the unity, security, and stability of our people will be cut off from its roots,” completely overlooking the complicity of the PA in the invasion of Jenin and the pain its residents suffered. "We will plant one thousand olive trees for the one that was uprooted," he said while holding a prop, in reference to false "peace" deals with the enemy.
Providing the masses with innovative ideas, Abbas suggested, "We must get rid of the occupation. We say to them: leave us! We will stay here. We are sitting here. You, leave us!" It is unclear how this will be achieved without resistance.
Despite the clear anti-resistance stance from within the resistance stronghold, children of the camp sang for the fighters of the Jenin Brigade inside PA vehicles while holding Palestinian flags. Popular events with the President were canceled after the families of the martyrs said they were not going to attend, and Abbas could not move except surrounded by dozens of guards protecting him, fearing the people’s anger. It remains to be seen whether the armed forces will remain in the camp, as was previously reported.

A sea of red berets prevailed over Jenin camp today during Abbas' visit. Between the PA officers in uniform and those paid to attend without one, the attendance was inflated and constrained to create the appearance of support for the PA's traitorous policies.
Four days ago, the Intelligence Services of the traitorous Palestinian Authority silently kidnapped PIJ leader Jamal Hamamreh after a series of interrogations. He is a freed prisoner who has previously undergone a 62-day hunger strike as well of one of hundreds of Hamas and PIJ cadre exiled to Lebanon in 1992 in the mass deportation.
Today, his family organized a demonstration calling for his release in front of the prosecution office in #Bethlehem in protest of his political arrest.
A video came to light of Jamal's niece speaking about how undercover masked men in black cars (i.e PA) assaulted the family members moments after the protest: beating them, insulting them, threatening them with weapons, seizing their phones, and attempting to seize their car.

Miqdad Qawasmeh, one of the six Palestinian prisoners who snatched their freedom in November 2021, after he underwent a 113-day-long hunger strike in protest of his administrative detention without charge or trial, holds his newborn daughter Elya for the first time. Her name was chosen after one of the names of the city of Al-Quds.
Miqdad writes: ”I still remember that day when the [occupation] prison warden used to visit me every week in my cell and tell me, 'Your hunger strike will not benefit you, you will not be released, you will not get married, you will not have children, and you will be without a family!' He did not realize what I knew and saw, and what I believed in. God forbid that He would leave us alone and forget us before and after, unless we change. I thank God for the safety of the soul of my heart and my other half, my wife and the companion of my journey, and may God honor her with health and offspring."

In May, we posted about Ahmed Harish's handover from the Palestinian Authority to the zionist enemy. This came after a 100-day-long hunger strike in PA prisons and a months-long chase by the PA which included collective punishment techniques, the same as those employed by zionists.
It may come as no surprise to some, and especially to those who watched Fadi Daraghmeh's testimony, that this is far from the first time that this has happened to Ahmed. At just 29 years old, the son of Beitunia has been imprisoned by the Palestinian Authority 14 times and by the zionist entity six times.
Ahmed's case is a prime example of the revolving door that manifests through the security coordination of the PA and zionist entity. His health suffers today, not only from his long hunger strike, but because of repeated torture and abuse in Palestinian Authority and zionist entity prisons. Today, Ahmed travels to zionist courts in a wheelchair because of this harsh torture and interrogation, an arduous path which started with his first PA imprisonment.
His most recent detainment before he was handed to the IOF was in the PA's infamous Areeha slaughterhouse for 157 days. Despite torture and interrogation, he went on a 47-day-long hunger strike with his peers.
Ahmed's lawyer says that the extent of torture Ahmed faced in the PA prisons surprised even the zionist Shin Bet. They, too, know Ahmed very well from the harsh physical and psychological torture he has endured in PA and zionist prisons.
Today, Ahmed is held in administrative detention without charge or trial, a new challenge he faces as of his transfer two days ago. Ahmed's year has been turbulent: from his hunger strike in PA prisons in October, to arrests of family members by the PA in March, a months-long manhunt by the PA, and then sending the IOF to do the job for them, all while he tries to be the best father that he can to his son.
The revolving door turns and turns.

Yesterday, zionist forces deprived the daughter of Al-Quds activist Ramzi Abbasi from hugging her father. After three months of being held without charge or trial, Ramzi Al-Abbasi's court date was extended by a week, effectively increasing his detention. His daughter is shown here embracing a photo of her father on her bed.
On Lebanon's historic victory, on Jenin's historic victory, security coordination, Ghassan Kanafani, the tenacity of resistance, and the tents in southern Lebanon:
Read this newly translated piece by Khaled Barakat, "Ghassan Kanafani and the tent of resistance heralding victory and return," originally published in Al-Akhbar.
"This year, the 51st anniversary of the martyrdom of the writer and leader Ghassan Kanafani coincides with the victory of the Jenin camp in the seemingly impossible battle led by the youth of the Brigades, those who refuse sponsorship and control. The fedayeen 'do not need their mother’s care,' Kanafani said.
The anniversary coincides with the resistance tent raised on a high southern hill in Lebanon, as a sign of victory, spreading awareness, light and challenge, and overlooking occupied Palestine. It is the resistance tent that heralds return and liberation. Here, precisely, the wisdom of the Palestinian woman of Kanafani’s novel, Umm Saad, appears once again with her revolutionary saying, 'One tent is not like another.' Yes, the tent of forced refuge, torment and humiliation cannot be the same tent that shades the fedayeen, under which those who give their lives in the struggle meet, with no goal but the liberation of their land and their return, the defense of the rights and dignity of their people. The tent of resistance accommodates everyone, stretching from the South of Lebanon to the South of Palestine and beyond.
The memory of Kanafani’s martyrdom on July 8, 1972, when he died as a martyr in the Hazmieh neighbourhood of Beirut with his niece, Lamis Najm, 17 years of age, comes to say: Something great is being born now in the tunnels and tents of the valiant resistance in the south of Lebanon, in Gaza, and in Jenin, and there is a bridge and an embrace that extends between the south of Lebanon and all of Palestine: a small tent, from which the great Arab liberation project will be born, from the ocean to the Gulf."

🟡🟢 Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary-General of Hezbollah, has just completed his speech on the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the start of the July 2006 war (1/3):

"When we set up a tent in Shebaa farms, we are setting up a tent on our Lebanese soil. God willing, whether we set up a tent, build a villa or make an airport there—no one can stop us."
"If the 'israeli' enemy was as before—the 'invincible army'—and Lebanon could be occupied by a musical band, then the tent would simply be bombed or struck and wouldn't even be set up. However, the situation has now changed and the 'israelis' didn't dare to make a move on the field. Because they know that silence is not an option. Our fighters have received instructions to deal with any 'israeli' aggression towards the tents."
