Everyone witnessed the magnitude of the vast aggression launched by the enemy army towards the city of Jenin, especially Jenin camp, and the destruction, siege, killings, and arrests committed against civilians during this brutal aggression. Saraya Al-Quds - Jenin Brigade and its heroic fighters stood in the face of this zionist arrogance, offering their blood cheaply in defense of their people. Our fighters in Saraya Al-Quds - Jaba' Brigade supported them, stood by their side, and fought alongside them.
What breaks the heart is when the fatal stab comes from behind, from our own kin, from the security apparatus of the [Palestinian] Authority that last Tuesday committed an act that no activist or defender of this land would accept.
The Preventive Security Service arrested the resisting brother Murad Malaysha and the resisting brother Mohammed Brahma, and they also assaulted them along with a group of their fellow fighters who were on their way to support their brethren in the Jenin Brigade. The tension persists with their ongoing arrest by the Authority's agencies.
We hold the Security Services responsible for the lives of the brothers, who are on a hunger strike in their prisons.
The political detention of our resisting brothers and sons is a disgrace, and it is shameful to engage in battles with the occupation and be stabbed from behind.
We urge our brothers in the leadership and movement of Fatah to fulfill their responsibility in curbing such behaviors of pursuit and arrest, for we have risen to fight the enemy, and anything less than that is irrelevant.

The fighters withdrew safely, under the care of Allah Almighty.

Eyad Al-Hallaq was walking in Al-Quds to the special needs school which he attended, as he was a student with autism. Colonial police officers who sought to harass Eyad began shouting at him as he was walking. The person accompanying Eyad on his walk let the officers know that he had special needs. As Eyad continued walking, one officer shot at him seven times, killing him in cold blood.
