The lower courts froze the law but the appeals court just reinstated it, "The district court’s May 2, 2024 judgment is therefore stayed to the extent that it bars enforcement of A.R.S. § 16-121.01(C)."

This is a MASSIVE decision for election integrity. I believe people like @elonmusk have brought many eyeballs to this big issue and the courts are responding appropriately
