Darja Varfolomeev and height problems
She has grown another 6cm in past 12 months - from 1.69m to 1.748m.
Β«In recent months, I've had to adjust my training a bit. When you grow, your whole body awareness changes - I notice even small changes immediately. Then I have to practice a lot until everything is in right rhythm again. It's about finding new balance, because every bit of height or weight shifts your center of gravity. Body changes - bones, joints, everything grows - and you can feel that physically, for example in ankles, hips, or knees. So it's important to listen to your body and take time to recover.
The bigger you get, the more difficult many aspects of rhythmic gymnastics become. Smaller gymnasts are often faster and sometimes find it easier to perform certain elements.
When I was younger, a lot of things were easier. Now it's more physically difficult, but I think that makes movements more mature and beautifulΒ».

It is also said that there will be two new exercises in new year
