Niantic has made some changes to OPR:
🔹 You can now take the OPR training test a third time if you’ve previously failed twice;
🔹 If you’ve fallen into “poor” when evaluating portals and still find yourself in that evaluation after slowing down your OPR, you can take a refresher quiz: if you pass it, your evaluation will be reset to “good” one time only. If you fail, you can keep evaluating portals, but you’ll remain in “poor”.
