How to Reconstitute
Your Peptides

If you’re new to peptides, reconstituting your vials properly is key for safe and accurate dosing!
Here’s a quick guide based on the amount of peptide in your vial:
✨ 5mg vial → Add 1–2mL of bacteriostatic water
✨ 10mg vial → Add 2–3mL of bacteriostatic water
✨ 30mg vial → Add 3mL of bacteriostatic water (max most vials can hold!)

Tip: Always inject the bacteriostatic water slowly down the side of the vial — and gently swirl (never shake!) then let it sit in your fridge for at least 30 minutes or until the powder fully dissolves.

💉 Dosing note:
The units you pull up depend on your syringe type — whether you’re using a 30-unit, 50-unit, or 100-unit insulin syringe. Each one measures differently, so always calculate based on your reconstitution ratio.
To make things super easy, I use these two sites to calculate exact reconstitution and dosage amounts:

Sometimes peptide calculators only show micrograms (mcg) instead of milligrams (mg) — but don’t worry, it’s super easy to convert! 💉
Just remember:
1 mg = 1000 mcg
So here’s a quick cheat sheet:
0.25 mg = 250 mcg
0.5 mg = 500 mcg
1 mg = 1000 mcg
5 mg = 5000 mcg

So if your calculator says “dose in mcg,” you can just match it using these conversions
