I am sending official letters to the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, including excerpts from the recent speeches of the President of Azerbaijan, which are evidence of the policy of hatred and animosity towards Armenians. This is what Human Rights Defender of Armenia Arman Tatoyan wrote on his Facebook page.

From the letter of the MEPs, it becomes clear about the number of prisoners of war, according to the text of the letter, Azerbaijan recognizes the presence of 72 prisoners of war, Azerbaijan does not provide information about 112 and categorically denies the presence of 61.

Earlier, in response to a report by VICE World News, the ECHR said it was considering interim requests for 218 alleged captives. The Court applied rule 39, which applies only in cases where there is an immediate risk of irreparable harm, to 186 of them.

⚡️The Armenian cemetery in the village of Mets Tagher in the Azerbaijani-occupied Hadrut region of Artsakh was destroyed, Caucasian Heritage (CHW) reports.
The cemetery was founded in the early 19th century and was used till the Armenians evacuated from the village in 2020. Satellite images show its complete destruction. Traces of bulldozer scars are visible.

In the same village, the church of Surb Amenaprkich, founded in 1846, appears to be under threat of construction. As of April, the area east of the church has been bulldozed and trucks were parked in the clearing.
The Caucasus Heritage Watch organization is concerned about the church and calls on everyone to protect it, including UNESCO

CHW is a team of researchers from Cornell and Purdue Universities. Their mission is to track and document endangered and damaged cultural heritage using satellite imagery.
