On November 25, Onik Gasparyan wrote a letter of resignation, but the Prime Minister asked him to remain in his post.
Armenia and Russia are discussing the possibility of establishing a Russian military base in the Syunik region in the south of the republic, The Prime Minister said this in Parliament today.
