Irina and Aram from Karabakh's Askeran region and Stepanakert get married at Dadivank Monastery.
Yesterday Irina Gabrielyan from Artsakh’s (Nagorno-Karabakh) Askeran region and Aram Berdyan from Stepanakert got married at Dadivank Monastery, which is under Azerbaijani control, but under supervision of Russian peacekeepers. Vladimir Grigoryan, Aram’s friend, provided Armenian News-NEWS.am with details about the wedding.
“Aram had been fighting with the defense forces of Martakert region since the first day of the war. His wife is from Askeran and was involved in activities in the rear during the war. They were engaged before the war and were planning to get married in late September, but the war broke out. Today they decided to get married at Dadivank Monastery. Some works were implemented with Russian peacekeepers in the course of one week, and they got married today. Overall, there were 70 people attending the wedding ceremony. Peacekeepers escorted the guests, and no incident took place at the monastery,” he said.
The wedding ceremony was performed by Primate of the Diocese of Artsakh, His Holiness Pargev, who also performed the year-end homily.
Before the wedding, Irina and Aram had laid flowers near the poster expressing gratitude to Armenian soldiers in Stepanakert.

Opposition One Armenia Party considers Pashinyan's agenda for snap parliamentary elections unacceptable
One Armenia Party has issued the following statement:
“One Armenia Party, staying true to the principles of a legal state, rule of law and equality before the law, finds that:
1. The deep domestic political crisis created in Armenia as a result of state treason may and must be solved only legally.
2. The person(s) who has(have) committed a prima facie crime provided for by Article 299 of the Criminal Code of Armenia must be held criminally liable, with full strictness of the existing legislation of Armenia and the rules of martial law.
3. The person having committed prima facie state treason must be immediately detained and be tried.
4. Nikol Pashinyan may not form and implement any domestic and foreign political agenda since he no longer has horizontal and vertical legitimacy.
Taking into consideration the aforementioned, One Armenia Party considers the agenda for snap parliamentary elections offered by Nikol Pashinyan unacceptable and rules out the holding of consultations with Nikol Pashinyan in any format.
Our agenda has been, is and will be the following: the immediate detention of Nikol Pashinyan who committed state treason, bringing up a charge and termination of term of office.”

A number of Azerbaijani media outlets report on renewed fighting between Armenian and Azerbaijani military near the village of Tokh, Hadrut region. But for what purpose are these steps being taken and this information is given to the public by Azerbaijan? The well-known Azerbaijani opposition politician Ilgar Eldar oglu Mammadov will help us to understand this, or, to be more precise, will confirm the already existing assumptions, which are now being discussed in full swing in Armenian and Russian expert circles.

The founder and leader of the Republican Alternative party writes on his Twitter page: “Azerbaijan must set a proportion by which the number of Russian "peace-keepers" should be reduced as a result of new casualties on our side. Yes, new casualties should mean less Russian "peace-keepers", not more. Only then Moscow will have a serious conversation with Yerevan. "
It's strange that this was announced a few hours before the recent events unleashed in the Hadrut region.

What is the goal of the Azerbaijani side? Start dictating own terms, according to which the Russian peacekeeping contingent will be reduced and at the same time the Turkish presence will be expanded.

If you remember several days ago six Armenian soldiers were rescued from Hadrut region forests, where they got lost. They were able to make a call, and before it was traced by Azeri forces, the soldiers were discovered by Russian peacekeeping and Armenian forces. Soldiers mentioned in one of the interviews that the original group consisted of 21 member and decided to split in order to survive. Independent analysts and sources mention there might be couple of hundreds of lost soldiers in Hadrut region. Yesterday the Armenian segment of internet spread the news of a young soldier, Vanik calling home after 91 day of being missing. According to Azerbaijani MOD the fights erupted some time after. You can make your own assumptions.
8 protesters have been detained at the National Assembly building.

Not a single shot was fired by the Armenian side. Artsakh Defense Army
The NKR Defense Army denied the statement of the Azerbaijani side that the "Armenian armed group" allegedly attacked a unit of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces.

"The Azerbaijani side continues to spread misinformation about the alleged attack on an Azeri army unit by an" Armenian armed group" yesterday. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry also issued a statement on that a while ago.

As we had already announced hours ago, we reaffirm that no serviceman of any unit of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army took part in any operation, no emergency was registered and not a single shot was fired by the Armenian side. In this case, the statement issued by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan can not be described else way but the propaganda provocation.

🤔 Another version of the incident in Hadrut region: The Iranian @MiranPress channel, citing its sources, reports that the incident in the Hadrut region did not occur between the armed forces of Artsakh and Azerbaijan, but Azerbaijani soldiers were shooting at each other.

At the moment, the channel reports on the death of three servicemen at the hands of their colleagues.

Residents of Artsakh can get Russian passports, and Artsakh itself can get recognition.

Secretary of the Artsakh security Council Vitaly Balasanyan spoke about this possibility in an interview with the Aravot newspaper.

When asked about a possible initiative to issue passports of Russian citizens to Artsakh citizens, Balasanyan said: "I don't know where the news comes from, but I don't rule anything out. There is a question about the status of the Republic of Artsakh. Imagine that the Russian Federation recognizes these borders, as we have proposed. This will be the Republic of Artsakh's own territory. We will expand these territories, and the Russian Federation will recognize the territory of the Republic of Artsakh with its people, it is possible that the Armenians of Artsakh can apply and take such a step, do not exclude anything, because this is the decision of the people.
We are citizens of the Republic of Armenia, we live outside of it. We live outside the internationally recognized borders of Armenia, but we have passports of the Republic of Armenia.
I repeat, this (the issuance of Russian passports) is not excluded."
